I’m a little on the fence with their service. I’ve only visited once and was excited to try the smoothies. The service was a little off and cold. But maybe it was a bad day. I want to give it another chance. I’m a health nut and crave healthy stuff. And honestly I miss places like natures fare. I used to work there in Kelowna and wow the best job I ever had. The owners were awesome! I’ve always been really big on PR. Worked in customer service over 30 yrs. This job at Natures Fare was a place to shine and our customers were the life line so they were treated that way as should be. Poor PR kinda ticks me off. Not that there’s not rude and abusive customers at times but it doesn’t take a brain surgeon to know the difference.

Worsr customer service I have ever received. Worst knowledge base. I asked the customer service representative a question about the ingredients and I received an eye roll and that she didn't know the ingredients. Honestly was looking to become a regular customer today and I will never go back. Ever.

Very friendly customer service, but their anti-mask policy is just bizarre given its a store that sells health preserving products. You have to be subjected to health risks to buy products that reduce health risks?

We liked this store but have stopped shopping there.
