Brian from Newell Flower Shop did the floral arrangements this past weekend for my mother in laws memorial.
Brian was very professional when we met and very helpful with assisting us in choosing the arrangement we wanted, and explaining what our options were. He was also very patient as we went back and forth over the next couple days to make the final plans.
We sent an example of an urn wreath we had in mind and Brian did an excellent and very impressive job of making our ideas come to life.
I would absolutely and definitely recommend this flower shop to anyone looking for professional services and an incredible final product.

I highly recommend Newell Flower shop for flower arrangements. Brian was especially helpful. My sister and I brought pictures of what we wanted for our mother’s funeral. Absolutely gorgeous flowers received around Mother's Day. Fresh and arranged so they would open gradually. What a pleasure it was to watch this beautiful bouquet come to life over the next week and a half. Newell's Flower shop did an outstanding job. Thank you.

I've ordered from Newell's for several years - both Mother's Day and her birthday - and they responded quickly and delivered a great product.

In 2023, something went off the rails. As usual, I placed my Mother's Day order via email. And waited. In previous years, I found I did have to follow up to confirm they received my order. Three days after placing my order, I emailed Newells again. NOTHING. No response at all.

With little time to waste, I placed my Mother's Day order with another shop in Kamloops, and got it done. There remained zero response from Newells. Beware dealing here - communication with out of town customers doesn't seem to be a priority. Won't be using this florist ever again.

Newell’s Flower shop delivers an excellent customer service and highly recommended. Staff and owner are very helpful and effectively cater to clients’ needs. They make beautiful flower arrangements and bouquets. I love my wedding bouquet plus the boutonnière that we ordered for our ceremony. The corsages and centerpieces were also lovely and stunning.
