Beautiful forest. Terrain is steep, quite rooty and rocky. Generally very busy on the weekend depending on what trail you're hiking.

Lovely to walk in the woods, good size trees everywhere and many unique plants, bushes etc.

Trail is well marked and used often by regulars and dog walkers.

There are some creeks, including Mosquito Creek which is probably the largest by the trails.

I drink out of the creek higher up where no road runoff enters the creek.

Not far from the trail, the waterfall and the mystic feel of being part of the nature, just amazing.

Stunningly beautiful area of the North Shore. Mosquito Creek is extremely rocky, beautiful, and to be quite frank, very easy to get to. Quite the hidden gem to be honest. By the way, it was a really big tanks are water towers. Also water-wise you can still see sections of the old water system in the form of wrapped cedar plank pipes no longer used of course, but it is a piece of true history.

Beautiful hiking trails and a great place to go with your loved ones for Beautiful peaceful walks. Bring bug spray because the mosquitoes could be in full force depending what time of the year you decide to go for a hike if its summer bring lots of water and make sure you wear some hiking shoes if you have them its a very long trail and absolutely crisp fresh air to breath. You can bring a Bluetooth speaker and jam out to some tunes while you walk it makes the hike very enjoyable.
