They always answer, weekends and holidays included. Willing to meet you at the clinic to help if after hours emergency. Fair prices for great service. Knowledgeable, friendly staff - that will do their best to give you advice over the phone. Putting your pets wellbeing first, before costs of service. Willing to give a range of options with different prices, to work with your budget where they can. Worth the travel.

Horrible experience! Diagnosed possible tooth problem and had dog put under and removed 8 teeth but not the tooth was problem!! Now sitting here in BC with having to pay for another Vet to pull out the precise tooth that was originally Diagnosed!!! Wasn't consulted at all! Then demanded i pay for procedure while I was walking into work or wouldn't release my dog to person picking it up. Would give zero stars!

The doctors and staff here are very good. We were impressed by the friendly knowledgeable interactions we have had when taking our three dogs for regular care as well as immediate needs.

We have been going here for many years. My 1st set of girls were well taken care of. When we had to say goodbye, they made a way to come to our home and made it so wonderful for us. I know they will continue for our next two girls. The care and friendliness is wonderful

Absolutely overjoyed with the services. I had to bring in my 2 bulldogs as they’re both sick. I didn’t have an appointment as it was an emergency. The receptionist was fantastic, Vet Tech was very informative and understanding as well as Dr Karen ! They explain everything in detail including all medications! Very very happy! Wonderful vets, caring staff. All are compassionate, professional and knowledgeable

Updated Jan 17, 2025: I've been using this vet clinic now for 25 years. Karen Kristin, and Mike as the vets are incredible, caring and professional in their work. The administrative support staff and all the vet assistants are top notch and also display positive energy, caring and professional work.

I've had the opportunity to bring in injured and sick animals, and the service during office hours is wonderful, and they have treated some of my animals as emergency after hours. They are here to help.

Recently I've had the unfortunate need to use their euthanasia services. The staff and vets were wonderful and so respectful of my animals as they passed from this life.

I can't say enough positive about them. By the way, Bre is my favorite Administrative Staff member.
