I’m 8.5 months pregnant and have been seeing RMT Taylor regularly for the past few weeks for lower back and hip pain, and she has been a miracle worker!!

The clinic has a pregnancy pillow which is a HUGE plus, and makes the sessions extra comfortable, and Taylor makes the session enjoyable from start to finish by regularly checking in with how I’m feeling, setting good vibes, adjusting pressure when needed, and overall just being a good friend to chat with!

I’ve absolutely loved my sessions at Northern Roots, and plan to continue my sessions after my delivery. 5/5 stars, I’d recommend them to everyone 🙂

Cassie has been my RMT since she became one 7ish yrs ago and she's been amazing since day 1. I have a lot of chronic pain and health conditions and she is always so knowledgeable and helpful. Her pressure can match my pain tolerance and her knowledge allows her to get at deep muscles in unique ways when necessary. This business is warm and welcoming! Highly recommend!

Taylor is by far the best RMT I’ve ever been to!
I have a lot of back, arm and neck issues along with stress due to my career choice and she has helped me tremendously! It’s like she gets rid of all the tension while putting me back together. She is extremely knowledgeable and we always have great conversation. I feel very relaxed and rejuvenated when I leave.

I have personally had appointments with Tom, Lisa, and Megan at Northern Roots.

My schedule is all over the place, so I love having the flexibility and confidence to book with whomever is available when I am, and know for a fact that I won't be disappointed (because they are all incredible!)

My husband goes to Northern Roots too, and since he's a physio, he is very careful (*picky) with who he trusts to work on his back. Thankfully, he found Taylor and he now refuses to see anyone else!

I can't say enough good things about my visit to Northern Roots Massage Co. Starting with their online booking system which is really user-friendly and easy to use. I booked a massage with Sara and it was perfect. She was really friendly and personable and a fantastic massage therapist. The office is also extremely clean and you can tell that they really pay attention to small details. I'd definitely recommend this place and I can't wait to keep going back for more! Thank you Sara.

Went in today for my first-ever massage. Carlene helped me understand what may have been causing my neck and shoulder issues and really made a MASSIVE improvement after only an hour with her. I have trouble relaxing at the best of times, and have some crazy knots in my muscles, but I was almost sleeping by the end of it. Great space as well. The office and rooms inside are all nice and clean and bright! Needless to say I’ll be back monthly as this was a really great experience!

*Wanted to edit to say that I’ve also had Megan for my last few visits she she is also an 11/10!
