There was a very young lady helping me choose flowers I wanted and making sure we stayed in my price range. She was very nice, polite and very, very helpful. Teagan a Lexy were wonderful! I came in exactly at 9am to purchase a dozen roses and the arrangement was gorgeous. 12/10 customer service and beautiful results. North Van Florist has an amazing selection of flowers and plants, I would highly suggest checking them out! Thanks a ton 🙂

The Christmas floral selection is so pretty.
I have stopped in every year since 2000 to buy some arrangements because the shop gives out great calendars! I love their calendars. Parking is a big issue —- I drive around for 15 minutes before finding a spot. Parking spaces are competed for by anyone going to the hospital and the RCMP take up over 10 spots in one corner.

I ordered a corsage 1.5 weeks in advanced and when I came it wasn’t anything like this was supposed to be— the hand attachment wasn’t attached and had to be manually attached, which created the problem of it not even fitting. Along this, the florist tried to show me how to do it and it broke… she then spent 15 minutes piecing it together again, when I told her I’m in a rush, and assured me “it will be fine for the whole night, don’t worry”. There was no compensation or any sorry for what happened.

Not even 1 hour after putting the coursage on it snapped clean off, and I came to see it was stuck together with a simple Elmer’s glue. For $50, really disappointing that it didn’t even last half of the night, let alone the first hour. I’ve always came here because I wanted to support local, regardless of being expensive, but this is the last time. Super disappointed, won’t be ordering here again unfortunately:(

Updated after their response- take some accountability for your mistakes and stop blaming the customer. Unbelievably disrespectful and unprofessional- what kind of business does this? We were sitting at the table and there was no force applied… we are literally sitting in the photo. YOU ASSURED ME- “give it 5-10 minutes and it will stay, 100%” you’re exact words.

Not even an offered gift card or a proper apology. Really disappointed, especially for the amount of business I’ve brought.

After my previous negative experiences I swore I’d never come back here but they had yellow pansies as well as hydrangeas which which are my favourite and hard to find. I should have walked away. The plants had bugs (aphids) that killed those plants and continued to spread to my other plants. NEVER AGAIN!

Overpriced and poor customer service. They push more expensive stuff on you rather than asking about your preferences and get mad at you when you select a less expensive option.
