My husband and I eloped in Oak Bay on Monday! We remembered last minute that I still needed a bouquet so the morning of our ceremony we drove down to Oak Bay Flower Shop. The ladies at the shop were SO kind and accommodating! They let me pick each beautiful flower for my bouquet and also gave their suggestions as well. The bouquet they created was absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend this quaint and friendly flower shop! 💐

10/10 - If I could give the Oak Bay Flower Shop a 10 out of 5 stars, I would. These folks are top notch and I would highly recommend them to my friends, family and co-workers. I have already started telling people that this is the place to go. After having a negative experience at another local shop and leaving, I found myself at Oak Bay Flower Shop and have gone there at least 3 times over the past couple of months for friends and family who have passed. Each time, the lead florist and team members have been outstanding. They are kind, thoughtful and great listeners. Each time, the team has been able to put together a bundle or single stem flower in exactly what I was looking for, even if I didn't fully know what I wanted myself (my knowledge in flower arrangements is very minimal). While I hope that the next time I am looking for a flower arrangement is not for a funeral/memorial, I know that the Oak Bay Flower Shop will be able to create the best bundle to fit what I am looking for. I am so impressed by the service I received. I ordered online and called the shop to confirm the order. When I called, I didnt realize that the shop was just about to close (so sorry), but the gentleman on the phone was incredibly kind and helpful. The order made it on time, the flowers were beautiful and it made my Mother's day. Thank you for taking so much pride in your work and for making all of our day. Beautiful custom flower basket! Called late morning wanting to send a thank you flower display to a friend. Was able to suggest flowers for a custom centrepiece in a basket which was delivered that afternoon. Gorgeous!

Masking is required to enter. A solid barrier is in place at the cash register.

The flowers and plants for sale were of excellent quality. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. They pleasantly accommodated my requests (which were very specific and borderline needy).

I will be shopping here again.
