Don't get a parking ticket in Oak Bay, there is no real recourse for effectively asking for a reduction, or warning. Just one person at a desk seemingly making personal calls about parking matters.

Reception on the other hand, 5 stars! (Sorry the review of 1 star goes straight to the Bylaw dept).

I'm only writing this review for the public bathroom. Some people might not know about this, but on the side of the municipal hall there is a public bathroom that is open during the day. If you are out and about in Oak Bay shopping or on a walk and need a bathroom this is great to use. It always seems to be relatively clean.
