Oak Bay Pharmasave is an amazing store, pharmacy, and Canada Post outlet. I have experienced outstanding service and selection when shopping for my favourite reading glasses, filling prescriptions, and using their Canada Post outlet to send packages domestically and internationally. Their sales staff are kind and receptive, and the pharmacists are knowledgeable and very approachable. The employees working at the Canada Post outlet are consistently courteous, kind, and incredibly helpful. You will be very well looked after while shopping, and using the pharmacy and Canada Post services. A welcoming, caring, efficient, high quality, and customer service oriented business. I highly recommend Oak Bay Pharmasave for shopping, pharmaceutical needs, and Canada Post services. The best service, always!

Whenever I shop here the staff are always friendly. However, when I was there last week, I think it was a pharmacy technician. But I don't know for sure as he was not wearing the regular uniform. He was talking very rudely to a customer and was rude to a coworker. Also the pharmacy manager was standing right there and did nothing about it. I guess the pharmacy manager supports employers being rude to customers and coworkers. I think he might be new because I don’t recall seeing him before.

Quoted me $134.00 plus tax for a Libre 2 sensor. I informed him that Walmart sells them for $91 and I asked him why his were so expensive and he said because we’re not Walmart and I said well. London drug sells them for $99 and shopper sells them for $100 as well and he said I suggest if you wanna lower price not to buy it here very rude and I said oh you’re not gonna answer my questions then he said if you have a question I can answer. Please feel free to ask it is it I’m asking you why you’re ripping people off there’s a huge difference from $99-$134 Especially for diabetic people who have this extra expense that most people do not I was blown away by the lack of professionalism, I will never go to another Pharmasave again as long as I live, and I highly recommend that you do the same cause obviously they’re not Walmart. They’re not going to give you good pricing. Avoid this Pharmasave.

Amazing service! My partner and I were able to get Covid vaccines on a walk-in basis. Cheryl, the pharmacist, was incredibly quick and also spoke excellent French! Merci!

What a gem this pharmacy is in the middle of Oak Bay Village. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the selection of all sorts of items is great. You could spend ages browsing in this place. I also find the prices are pretty reasonable for the items that are sold there. Lovely displays, including displays outside. Well done, Pharmasave!
