For about 35 years, the extended family has assigned me the responsibility of buying the Easter lamb. The places we been using for the past 12-15 years have been slipping lately, so I decided to try somewhere else, and O'Connor had been recommended.
This was the best lamb I can recall buying and judging by the colour of the flesh, as close to "milk-fed" as I have been able to find in years. The family was raving about how moist and tender it was.
Even though it is close to 40 minutes from our place, we will be shopping there regularly.

Have been back in the neighbourhood over a year and just discovered this local gem a few weeks ago. The steaks were fantastic and the home-made orange sausage unbelievable. I was very kindly offered two of them to try when they found out it was my first visit. So happy we discovered this fabulous butcher!

Very good variety of products. Excellent butcher, fresh meat. 🥩 great service. John is very good.
They have everything you need to make a great meal, from cheese to pasta to olive oil to olives to meat and everything in between.

Very helpful staff; helped me choose a prime rib for Christmas dinner after hearing the price of the tomhawk steak. $80+ per kilo. On Saturday they have complimentary charcuterie board. Differently will be back to purchase other items starting with the orange sausage that contains orange peel.

They didn't have quite as many luxurious cuts of beef as I might have hoped but you know what I was very satisfied with the two king size T-bone steaks that I got for $90 for the pair

Checked out the new meat market in the area. It was very clean and brightly lit. The staff there were very friendly and spoke Greek to customers. We tried the leek sausage and it was full of fresh vegs and herbs. For grilling steaks, there are five different striploins to choose from including Wagyu, Angus, and grassfed. Good thick cuts for summer grilling. There are also racks of lamb if going for the block party.

Please check dates of food. Lots of variety, and nice store, friendly staff. Most often I have purchased quality items but a few times products were bad. I bought turkey and it was packed on the same day as best before..my fault for not looking but meat was spoiled. * Update it happened again where sour cream had mold. So not returning.

They were extremely patient with me during my purchase. They explained the difference in cuts was extremely helpful.the store was clean and everything was priced and affordable. The quality of meat cuts was fresh and had great variety.
