We had the pleasure of having our wedding ceremony here in August 2024, and it was everything we could have asked for despite the weather. It was a rainy day, but they did everything they could to accommodate and make sure we had a great day. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the wine is great and the wedding venue is beautiful with a perfect view of the lake.

The wedding package included a wine tasting for the guests prior to the ceremony, and even more wine and snacks afterwards which our guests loved.

Since the weather was so bad and we couldn't really take photos outside, they let us into their wine storage area and allowed us to take some really unique photos.

We are very grateful that we got to have our wedding here, and we 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding venue in the Okanagan.

I love Off the Grid! A small, authentic family owned winery with organic wine and so many cute animals! Every visit there is a truly wonderful experience. All of their wines I've tasted so far were fabulous and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My favourite wine is the orange Gewürztraminer 🙂 Be sure to check out the food truck, it's super nice to sit there, enjoy a bottle of wine and have a delicious meal.
Also: There is the best outdoor yoga on Sunday mornings at the winery!

Pretty good! The staff weren’t the most welcoming we’ve ever had, nor were the descriptions of the wine very thorough. We felt a bit like we were putting them out or something. The wine’s good though, with the whites definitely on the sweeter side, and we bought a couple bottles. We were excited to try the pizza from the food truck, but at ~$25 (!!!) for one small pizza, we decided against it.

The petting zoo part of it is fun and made it a lot easier to bring our one-year-old along.

Did a wine tour this past weekend, and was lucky to be able to stop at this perfect vineyard. Not only was the location and views beautiful, they have goats that are rescues and they have a food truck and lots of space to explore.
Every member of the staff we spoke to were welcoming, informative and kind.
Every wine we tried was delicious. The store is clean and well set up, and lots of selection available.
Perfect location for pictures or just spending some time here.
We will definitely return. Was an experience not to forget!!

Our visit to Off the Grid Winery in Kelowna was a charming and refreshing experience. Nestled in a picturesque location, this winery offers a unique, eco-friendly approach to winemaking. The wines we tasted were exceptional, with each sip reflecting the care and passion that goes into their production. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing insightful details about their sustainable practices and the distinctive flavors of their wines.

I particularly enjoyed the cheese and white wine pairing, which was a delightful combination that highlighted the fresh, crisp notes of the white wines. Although I am not typically a big fan of white wine, the unique taste and charcuterie offered at this winery convinced me to buy a few bottles. The red wine with chocolate pairing was another standout, with the rich, velvety flavors of the red wine complementing the chocolate perfectly.

The relaxed, rustic ambiance and beautiful views made our visit truly memorable. Off the Grid Winery is a hidden gem in Kelowna that we highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We had such great experience in this little heaven. Tania (who also speaks french!!) was a charm! We took the tasting with the combination of food, that's really particular to this winery as Sheri the wine maker is a chef. It really gives an edge to the whole experience, and the wine is simply delicious 😉 The animals are a BIG +++ so fun! Great for kids.

I was in Vernon for the weekend visiting cousins and they took me sightseeing and to check out some wineries.

I really enjoyed Off The Grid Organic Winery. A unique spot with some nice wines. I had the Halloween pairing which was quite interesting. I quite enjoyed the Rose and the Goat Rodeo, which one of my cousins purchased to enjoy at home with a nice charcuterie board.

Although not included in the tasting, the Unplugged White caught my attention so I purchased a bottle. I was not disappointed. A lovely wine that paired nicely with an assortment of cheese and fruit, in particular some pear and blue cheese.

Nigel and his mother-in-law were excellent hosts. Plus it was fun to meet the goats, and enjoy the beautiful view.
