I ordered a bouquet for Valentine’s Day and paid for delivery. However, since we couldn’t arrange the delivery at the right time, I ended up picking it up myself the next day. So, with the delivery fee included, the total cost was $140. And this is the bouquet I received… Are you serious? $100 for this? I rarely write reviews, but this time, I couldn’t stay quiet.

My husband ordered me Valentine’s Day flowers and what he ordered, and what I received are not even remotely close. When you’re charging upwards of 150$ for arrangements and you deliver a Walmart special it’s completely unacceptable. The size, vase, and arrangement I received doesn’t look remotely close to what was ordered. So incredibly disappointing for my husband.

Okotoks Flowers is a wonderful small business in the heart of Okotoks. They provided my husband and I with a wedding bouquet and matching boutonniere. We actually had to re-arrange our wedding due to Covid but they kept the flowers fresh for us and they were amazing on the day.
I also recently purchased a birthday bouquet for my father and these flowers were wonderful as well.
I will always support this business as they were so kind and so helpful.
Flowers were fragrant and beautiful as the images show.

Many thanks for your help with a bouquet for my in-laws yesterday. Had to call in from Vancouver, so I relied on other Google reviewers for local recommendations. Everyone was touched and uplifted by the beauty of the flowers at this sad time for our family. My husband sent me this photo the next day when he was able to see them.
The shopkeeper was efficient and compassionate.

My anniversary was on the 20th of October. We got married on the beach in Australia. So when I came out to find this stunning arrangement of some memorable flowers I loved so much in Brisbane. I instantly burst into tears. Happy tears of course and well done!

Order an arrangement of flowers for a friend who lives in Heritage Pointe and received same day delivery (within a few hours of my order). The bouquet was beautiful, online order was easy, and the service was top notch!! Would definitely recommend this shop!!
