First time visiting love the beef dip it’s decent size and pretty thick stack of beef
Price is ok about $20 for my lunch include coffee
It’s pretty small restaurant connected to their store where you can buy Egg, milk , cheese , yogurt
See lots of people return the glass milk bottles and $1.5 each refund

Avalon chocolate milk is one of my favourites even thought it’s expensive. First time checking out the Avalon retail store / restaurant, food isn’t bad but isn’t the best either, I was hoping it was going to be very good with all the hype but was disappointing. The cranberry sandwich was good but the soup was mediocre at best. I ordered the soup of the day and was told it was chowder but I don’t know what it was.

They should really consider, lowering their price a small sandwich with bare minimum ingredients and a side of small bag of chips with a drink should not be 17$ ! Very over priced ! And to think they ask for tip on top of that is insane.

Honest and affordable food served here! They're not winning awards for innovation or amazing luxury ingredients but the simplicity is part of the charm. You're just eating in a cozy store. Kitchen is open and people are friendly! My chicken pasta special was great on a rainy afternoon!

You can purchase milk, eggs, ice cream and all sorts of dairy products. Also bread, cold drinks and snacks. There are daily lunch specials. Plus coffee and muffins.
The staff are friendly.
Plus seating inside and outside.

The best place to come and rejoice the original homely food feelings…. Amazing food, the best service and what else you are recognized very much as a family at large. Please come and enjoy lunch, snack, soup of the day, yummy ice cream and many more things to quench your quest for great food and love…

The cafe is located near the industrial area and hence a little out of the way. It is near the Fraser river though, so a meal before or after a walk by the river is always fun!

The servers were friendly and food was served promptly. The food seemed fresh and I also bought a chocolate cookie. It was great! It wasn’t too sweet; just right for my taste buds!

I’m not sure if there are discounts for the diary products sold here, but they do have a variety: milk, yogurt, ice cream, and even homemade soup! I purchased one to try and it was savoury, but it is still best to have it in store.
