This company has had my Paco jet for service for 2 months now. For the first 3 to 4 weeks they lost it in their shipping Warehouse and could not find it. Finally, after six phone calls of me following up with them, they were able to locate it and quote me almost half of the cost of the machine in repairs. Even though it was less than a year old and under warranty. Despite my better judgment, I needed the machine back and paid them for the repairs. It's now been another 3 weeks and apparently they have lost the machine again and every time I call customer service the reps can only say sorry they will call me back and they never call me back. I repeatedly asked for somebody in management or to talk to somebody that can rectify the situation and am refused to be transferred to anybody else that can help me. At this point I've lost a $10,000 machine to them. With no chance of resolution in the future.

Update: The "Customer Service Manager" spoken about below did calll me (I guess bad reviews is the only way to get in touch with them) and offered to take 50% off my service bill and have my unit out within 3 business days if I took my bad review down. I responded that I would consider it once I saw those things happen. It has now been another two more weeks and I have not seen a tracking number for my unit or any refund for my payment. This speaks even more about the really poor commitment to customer service.

Had Sebastian from technical support make a service call to make a mini repair for my establishment and can't thank him enough as my issue was taking care of . From the minute I made my phone call everyone was courteous and the service call was scheduled pretty quick. Thumbs up for great customer service 👍🏻

Excellent back up support ! Having a service issue with a display case , John from tech. support offered excellent support in advising what to do, best part ,follow up was quick ,did not have to wait days for a call back or be forgotten about ! Great job guys !! Will highly recommend Omcan , keep up the great work .

Completely horrendous product and services. I can't blame the employees since they can only follow the company policies.

Bought a meat slicer and the motor overheated after 15 minutes of use. Unacceptable to happen on a new unit, and the company only has a 40-something day replacement policy.

It got sent in and their tech found it was "working as intended" and they wanted to know if I wanted it back. Uhhh... no? They're either telling me that

a) they expect someone to pull out a 50lb machine and only need it for 15 minutes

or b) that they couldn't make it overheat and I could be stuck with a 50lb metal brick after the wires fry in 40 days

So now that I don't want their product, there's a 50% restocking fee. I get it, I'm already a lost customer; no reason to try and appease me.

I'll be honest, even if they were going to offer me a brand new unit right now, I wouldn't take it; I had a brand new unit and it was faulty. How can I trust anything they send me if that unit was "working as intended"?

Great Service. Belen is the best customer service agent. She gets back to me quickly and updates me promptly if their are any issues with my orders. She even picked up on some mistakes I made when ordering. She is absolutely the best. Kent is awesome too. I have been working with Kent now for over 10 years. What a pitiful experience with this company and the equipment they sell isn't worth the monies you pay for it. Moreover, their policies when something does go wrong is, pay for another unit even though what we sent you doesn't work, then when we receive the defective equipment we sent you, we'll release the funds.
I purchased a $2,000 bread crumb machine after some VERY thorough research, or so I thought. The machine I purchased showed videos of clean grinding with little to no mess.
When I received my $2,000 paperweight, and set it up per the instructions, there was bread crumbs flying out of every orifice of the machine, I mean everywhere.
I immediately contacted Omcan and sent them videos of my experience. 2 days later, I was told this was under investigation by the service department. 5 days later after NO phone calls from Omcan, I contacted them yet again.
Much to my surprise, they informed me I would have to pay for another unit, they call it a "FUNDS HOLD", until such time as they receive the defective unit. I would have to wait for a UPS label, takes about 3-4 business days, After they, Omcan, receive the unit they will ship another unit when/if available.
Never was I offered a refund for a defective piece of equipment. This wasn't a question of damage while using, this was a fact of defective equipment. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told the manager was on vacation and this was company policy!

Buyer beware, if there's another option other than using Omcan, even if it's more expensive, go the other option, you will be more satisfied that the pitiful experience you'll have with this company.
