Incapable, je reçois pas ma commande, me rĂ©pond toujours que je vais avoir mon tracking par courriel et ne le reçois jamais ça fait minimum 6 fois qu’on appel . Je vais porter plainte Ă  la protection du consommateur. Payer mon congĂ©lateur avec frais de livraison de 350$ et jamais rien reçu encore. Soyez trĂšs prudent ne faites pas affaire avec eux.

Needed extra fridge and freezer space for the garage. Got a great price and they delivered same day! Not only that, they made sure I had a separate set of castors that worked better for the freezer case in a residential environment. Great company and team!

New ownership/management = new level of customer service!

After a very rocky time with past ownership/management (who never responded or followed through with promises), the new owners - especially Frederick - have turned around my entire experience. They follow through with promises they make. They have integrity. They stand behind their business.

I now look forward to using my Coolsonic merchandiser freezer!

Not gonna lie, with the previous ownership had some of the worse service in my life, if not the worse. Then finally, new ownership came and things turn around. It is a pleasure to do business with this company now, and I'm their customer for life. Had a fridge saga go on for months, until new owner resolved it.

This was a horrible experience for me. I walked in and no one assisted me for 15 minutes. Frustrated I went down the street to Nella where I was helped immediately. It also seemed that just on observation Nellas products were better quality. I strongly discourage anyone from shopping here. There are better alternatives in the same space.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a controller, but they shipped a display board instead. Their own technician confirmed the mistake. Before it even arrived, they realized they sent the wrong part and made me ship it back. Then, they still sent the incorrect part again.

Before shipping, they asked for a photo of the machine’s display board to confirm the model, but we had already agreed on the controller. They are now falsely blaming the photo for their error.

When I went in person to resolve the issue, Stan screamed at us and aggressively refused to exchange the incorrect part, despite it being unused and in its original packaging. The general manager was present but wouldn’t speak with us.

Their refund policy, clearly posted on their till and invoice, states that while they don’t offer refunds, all items are eligible for exchange as store credit. It does not exclude parts. I simply requested the correct part or store credit, but they still refused.

Their extremely shady business practices and refusal to fix their own mistake make this a company I would never recommend. I should have listened to reviews!

This deserves to be reported to the BBB.

We recently purchased an ice cream machine from Omnifood Equipment and had an excellent experience. The order was delivered right on time, and the delivery person was extremely polite, helpful, and professional. Overall, this is a great team, and I highly recommend them to everyone.
