I wish I could give 0 stars, but it is not an option.
Wanted to do Akika, and I have called Saturday at noon; they told me to come on Tuesday. I cane on Tuesday, and they were closed. Called in the afternoon the same day, and they told me to come on Saturday or Thursday.
Long story short, I called today (Saturday), and they said, "Come by, we have live animals; come before 11:30.
I came here before 11:30, and they were ohh sorry brother we don't have any live animals anymore.
This is a great example of them being unprofessional.

Extremely disappointing on Eid day. They showed no respect for the day or the people waiting for the Qurbani. Changed lists multiple times. Reached there at 8:30 am to register my name for Qurbani and waited till 8:30 pm - not left the premises for a single minute, but they changed lists three times, and after a lot of shouting finally the original list appeared from somewhere all of a sudden. They took our names early in the morning and made us wait and wait and at 2:30 pm they lost the original list and told us that our names are not on the new list they prepared so those who are not on the list should go somewhere else. In the meanwhile, they continue to entertain the other wholesale butchers/ shop-owners while well above 200 individuals including senior citizens waiting and standing outside in the sun. They have no respect for your time or for the religious duty you are there to perform. They took $350 from each person without any receipt and in CASH! They don't show you the animal. You have no say if you want a goat or sheep. You do not see if the animal is OK. Neither you know if it is one year old. They ask you to come inside to help them collect your meat and put it in bags. In the end, it felt like a highly unprofessional experience. No Halal shops with such unprofessional and disrespectful attitude should be allowed to run. Maybe on a regular day, they are OK but for sure dozens of people were highly critical of their attitude and ethics on the day of Eid. On guy tells me - what can you do with them - this place has been running like this for years! Yes with such customers they will continue not to correct themselves and will continue to humiliate Muslims. God help those who help themselves. I took a long time before posting my thoughts here. I wanted to be anger free before I reflect on their services and I will report this further with BBB and Ontario Ministry of Agriculture. They are cheating on taxes, and they are a disgrace to Muslim businesses and Canadian society. Repetition of exploitation in the name of religion needs to be identified as a religious duty and must be reported to the authorities as a concern citizen's duty.

For Muslims this is the best place why ? Because we don’t have any other choice they look after GTA including all cities so that’s why they have a lot of customer on Eid days specially. So we cannot make complain because so many people and lacking of people they have. We have to wait thank you guys.

I had my Baby's Aqeeqa sacrifice at this place. The Manager Yousuf was very accommodating and respectful.

The Slaughter house & Kill room was well equipped and extra clean and has safety signs up every where. The animals were treated with care and humanely. They chose the animal with you. You have to wear a coat before you enter the kill room and always check in with the staff before you enter these restricted areas.

Over all the experience was good. I had to wait a bit for the actual slaughter but I think its because you have to follow a process and that takes time.

I went there to do Aqeeq for my kids and found them really good , they have really good goats and sheeps to choose from($300-400). Also they cut it for you and put them in plastic bags and also can put them in your car for you.

Despite they start to work at 9:00 am.
You will wait until 11:00 am.
Once I waited until 2:00 pm.
These people always busy, so waiting for 3 hours is normal.
