Purchased their meat lasagna, it was mostly pasta, very little meat and runny watery sauce, the only cheese I could see was on the top and there wasn't much of that either. The price was outrageous for something like this. Will not be visiting again.

I love the Ravioli and other items from this place. Absolutely, the best! They have been out of major retailers since September or so. But my D is coming home from school and she absolutely craves these ravioli so I made the trip to Hamilton to buy them. The store is just inside the front door. They are ramping up production again and have signed some new deals so we should start seeing them in more stores in the very late summer. Great people and great products.

Not a food review. I'm a truck driver that picks up 1 or 2 pallets of ravioli per week for a small business food distributor. I always arrive and met with professional service. Today there was a slight inconvenience and once again I was confronted with professionalism and communication.

I’m happy with your product but not with your retail prices. The same price as in my supermarkets so there’s no incentive for me to go to your store. I subscribed to your points program, but way better for to accumulate optimum points. This seems like you’re simply price gouging and taking advantage of the market.

Really love the products, however disappointed that there are no prices online. As well, I attended the King St East location and the prices for single bags of tortellini etc., were the same price as the grocery store. What is the incentive to drive all the way to either location, to purchase direct from their business, when I can walk to Fortinos and pay the same price or buy when it’s on sale? If you want people to come to you directly, lower the prices. A bag used to cost 2.99 and that wasn’t that long ago. It’s double now. If the prices are lower than the grocery store I will return, otherwise I won’t waste the gas.

I bought the meat cannelloni after reading great reviews on reddit. I was disappointed in the flavour of this. It was extremely bland. I really don't know how it can be so bland. The "meat" was a pink paste and just looking at it made me gag a bit. Not appetizing at all. The meat reminded me of the pink meat inside of hotdogs, but more liquid as it ozzed out when eating it. Not a good look at all. I also bought a meat lasagne, not too sure about now it but will try it one day.

We just bought a 1 kl package from Ontario Ravioli Jumbo Meat Ravioli (they called themselves: (The Pasta People since 1973) Let me tell you, I have never tried something so disgusting! In the package it mentioned to be boiled for 15 minutes, we boiled for 45 minutes, the pasta was still raw, the inside was unbelievable gross so much so that I stood up and throwed it in the garbage, picked 3/4 of the left frozen package from the freezer and way it went to the garbage too. Never again!
