I cannot express how much I LOVE Optimize Organics!!!

Everything of theirs is exceptional quality, as an enthusiast of some rare and finicky succulents, I use their bonsai mix 60-40% with some soil for all my succulents (and a splash of their compost and castings). Not only does it work wonderfully, but it looks gorgeous with the ochre clay and brick red lava rocks. And their prices can't be beat!

I have used everything from their perlite, leca, kelp extracts, coco coir chunks, compost, castings, and everything has been such high quality. I will literally not shop anywhere else, if I can get it from OO.

Their shipping rates are also super reasonable (20$ flat rate for the most part), and I get shipments within 72 hours of placing my orders, living in Kelowna. When I tell you I was devastated that they moved to Chilliwack, would be an understatement, but their online and shipping experience has impressed me so much that I don't feel like I am at a great disadvantage for not having them local anymore.

Jeremy is a gem and has resolved any order issues I've had (which were minor) super quick and simple. I even got some predatory mites with my last order, which was kind of kismet because I had found a couple thrips on my plants literally the day before!

Went in for some houseplant soil and was amazed to find all the different soil amendments that I’ve been trying to find for years! The gentlemen behind the counter was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and even gave me some samples to try. I will definitely be making this my go to store for all my plants needs. And everything is organic!!

If you don't like reading long winded reviews... Just use them they are awesome...
I didn't tell them I had a bug issue... Infact I never personally talked to a staff member..
But I did and they gifted me a end to my worries (Wizard kinda stuff) I just ordered 2 items because it was the best price I could find shipped.. 25L of pumice in the mail? "I got to see this ' and some turface.... What showed up win my heart ♥
2 sachet of mites for SM ( love you all and I mean that)
And 2 sachets of mites for thrips.. All ready to fight (opened them and looked in with a magnify and lol. They were active!
The turface wasn't as red as I'm used to but I sure it will be fine for what it's being used for..

The pumice never had a 1/4 cup of dust in it. Clean (likely well prewashed another point in my book)..
