We decided to take a well-deserved break during our trip home, pulling over in the charming town of Orongville. The 3.5-hour pause gave us a chance to stretch our legs, breathe in the fresh air, and recharge our energy. As we relaxed and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, little did we know that a delicious surprise was waiting for us on our journey back.

Continuing our drive, we were pleasantly surprised when Osmow’s halal shawarma appeared as a tasty treat. Wrapped in their signature paper and nestled in a stylish paper bag, the warm, savory aroma instantly made our mouths water. Alongside the shawarma, we sipped on their cool and refreshing yogurt drink, "ayran," which perfectly complemented the flavorful meal.

That unexpected delight added a special touch to our weekend camping adventure, turning an ordinary trip into a memorable experience filled with good food, scenic stops, and shared happiness. As we finally arrived home, we carried with us the warmth of the break, the surprise of the shawarma, and the joy of a weekend well spent.

I had an amazing experience at Osmow’s thanks to the incredibly friendly and hardworking staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a big smile. The team was quick, professional, and made sure every customer felt taken care of.

Not only was the service fast, but the staff also paid close attention to detail — they got every order right and made it fresh and flavorful. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it really shows in both the food and the customer experience.

Special shout-out to the team for keeping the place clean and organized, even during the busy rush. Their positive attitude and teamwork created a great vibe that made my visit extra enjoyable.

Hi,

My meal was mostly rice with very little protein, and it cost $20, even after I asked I paid for extra chicken because this has happened to me before. After working a long 12-hour shift, I was really looking forward to a proper meal, and this was disappointing, especially since this has happened before.

I would like this to be looked into seriously and kindly ask if a resolution can be offered, such as a refund, replacement, or credit. I hope this can be handled in a respectful and fair way. Otherwise, I do want to escalate this issue as I was charged for extra chicken and did not get it.

Osmow's has consistently been our go-to place for great food. Always fresh, hot and served with a smile. I often order the catering tray and the staff has always been so friendly even helping me take it to my car. One staff member, Jyoti, has been exceptional.....very polite, friendly and kind. I often recommend this place to my friends and they have had the same wonderful service. 100% worth it 🙂

Poor customer service. The cashier taking orders had no communication skills at all. I waited in line for almost 15 minutes without any update. When I finally asked what was happening, she said they were out of chicken and that the wait just to place an order would be 20 minutes.

This should have been communicated upfront. Instead, the staff were walking around and chatting while customers stood waiting. When I pointed it out, she didn’t apologize and only said, “We are busy.” There were only three customers in total, so that excuse made no sense.

It was very unprofessional, and clearly, the staff are not trained to handle customers properly.

Absolutely incredible! Every bite was a burst of flavor. The ingredients were fresh, perfectly seasoned, and thoughtfully prepared. From the presentation to the last bite, it was clear that this meal was made with care and expertise. The chicken on rocks stood out—tender, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. This is the kind of food that makes you pause and appreciate the craft behind it. Highly recommended and definitely worth coming back for!”
