Just visited for the first time today. Bought two good size ribeyes, they were so delicious. Perfectly marbled, tender and flavourful! The price was beyond reasonable and service was efficient and friendly. I live in Toronto but have trailer nearby and will definitely be back. Thanks for the best steaks I have had in a long time.

No matter what we buy from these guys, it is ALWAYS phenomenal. Their steaks are the best we've ever had; including from other meat packers + butchers. Bacon, peameal bacon, turkey bacon... amazing. We bought a box of chicken breasts and you cannot beat the quality. It is very hard to eat meat from other places after you've purchased from these guys. We are certainly lifers.

Ordered and picked up a 60 lb roasting pig for BBQ spit. They were helpful for estimating how much I'd need and about storing before use. About $75 cheaper than two other butchers I'd called, pig was excellent and would recommend.

Make a point of going here whenever I can. Good people to deal with, and they truly care about what they sell, and it shows. And this is one instance where you get more than you pay for. (good prices AND a high quality product.)
