Une soirée gastronomique qu’on n’est pas d’oublier. Service attentionné et sympathique. Un serveur québécois, Guillaume. Le chef Andreas Preuss et son équipe nous ont préparés des plats hors de l’ordinaire. Un resto qui pourrait se retrouver dans le magazine En Route d’Air Canada.

Lovely dining experience and a great spot for date night! We had the 4 course tasting, it was delicious and beautifully plated. Our server Scott was also amazing and very knowledgeable on the drinks and food. Definitely will be back again.

Having a huge experience in Europe before, I would say this place can get 9 from 10! 🎉
A very unique food experience we had! 👏The food was awesome!
Duck was unbelievable! (a tiny kind note: add a bit more pasta and blackberries, because duck tastes perfect with a them! and probably, think about switching the potato to the other seasonal local vegetables).
Beef was awesome! (also a kind tiny note; have some upgrades for the potato puree, but the concept is perfect, all taste great!
Margarita cocktail was great,✨ could think about serving it with fanciest glass😉🍸
Service was great! And they brought us 2 wonderful macaroons before meals, and 2 chocolate macaroons after, as a compliments. Appreciate that!🙌
I wish they could have more options of desserts that time, but we could come back for them, no doubt!

Had a fantastic experience, the food was absolutely delicious!

In addition to the presentation was very well done, you could clearly see the effort put in by the chefs.

I would highly recommend this for a night out. We had a combination of the chefs menu, with a few little extras on the side recommended by our server.

Incredible experience, what a lovely inspired menu and WOW attention to detail. The drinks were memorable and the recommended wine perfect. I wouldn't do the menu justice if I try and describe it, but the Halibut was indeed special. Maybe a slight tiny smidge overcooked for me, but very flaky and tender and with the exceptional macademia crust the dish was simply exquisite.
Every single bite from amuse bouche to desert was incredibly balanced, thoughtful, and intricately crafted.
Oxalis is very much haute cuisine with absolutely zero pretentiousness!
If you're looking for a special dining experience, I can not recommend it enough.
Our host and server Stephen were honest, helpful, and authentic, again without any pretense.

They definitely know what they're doing there, and it works!
Worth every penny!

A little heavy on the salt, and too much reliance on truffle oil, we had the chef experience ( tasting menu) and it was the first time we've ever basicly sent back a course untouched after tasting it.
