Hey, just wanted to give some quick feedback. I bought 3 pounds of goat meat for almost $75 recently, and honestly, I was really disappointed this time.

The taste was okay, but the quality of the meat wasn’t good at all—lots of fat, barely any actual meat, and it felt like just skin-wrapped pieces. We ended up throwing out all the meat and just had the liquid (Salan)

I always enjoyed shopping at Pak Foods but some of the butchers are extremely rude and not helpful. I have heard this experience from multiple customers too. Also, they keep pushing people to buy the packaged chicken which says whole chicken karahi cut on it but all the pieces of the chicken with the meat are taken out of that and just mostly bones. Ask for fresh cut chicken. I don't think I'll be going back.

The staff is very helpful. My mothers card wasnt working and the cashier (her name was Asifa) allowed her to wait for my brother to bring another card from the car. And they didn't affect the other customers because another cashier came immediately and opened another lane. They are also helpful when we are looking for things, they help find what we need and if it isn't there, they always offer to check in the back too.

It was my first time visiting the store. I noticed that there was a sale on the rice and called my mom to ask if she wanted some too, as we live separately in Kitchener and Brantford and it’s hard to commute, and since my moms a senior, she’s doesn’t drive. The person at the check out counter told me you can’t get any more as you already got 4 bags. I told her as well that this is for my mother as I’m visiting her this weekend and that we live far, so since I’m here, I’m getting it for her too. She didn’t bother to listen, and I had to speak with the manager ‘Kabeer’, Who turned out to be much more ruder. I even got him to talk to my mom on the phone, in case if he taught I was capping. But I kid you not, He didn’t even bother to be considerate. I found this really annoying because coming from a brown background, We are always taught to treat our elders with the utmost respect, especially when it comes to parents, moreover, our mothers. I understand store policy and sales, but telling my mom that she needs to come down physically to buy rice Is ridiculous. Even after, she made it clear on the phone that commuting is hard for her. I, myself am a business owner, And found this customer service very absurd.
