I want to recommend Pantree to everyone as their customer service is incredible. I used Pantree since 2018, formerly known as Mr.Case. I started a bar manager position this year and was pleasantly surprised that Pantree was used as our supplier.

I recently had a mix up which would have cost me a couple hundred dollars, and their customer service agent helped rectify the issue immediately.

GO Java provides excellent service to their customers. We order on a bi-weekly basis and have always experienced very friendly staff and excellent customer service from the entire team. The drivers in particular are always very friendly and provide excellent service when they deliver the products. They clean the machines and collect the pods and coffee grounds, always cleaning up the area before they leave. When we need to contact GO Java, they are fast in responding and very accommodating. If repairs need to be made to either of the two machines we have on site, they are always there promptly to fix the issue or replace the machines. I love using GoJava at my office for a lot of our coffee/tea and breakroom supplies! Delivery comes the next day and is always accurate. I absolutely love that they collect empty K-Cups for environmental processing so it doesn't end up in the landfill.

Customer service is always friendly and quick to respond. If you're used to getting your breakroom supplies at a big box online company, consider trying GoJava, I promise you won't be disappointed in quality, price, or service.

I was late putting out my pods for recycling when they came to drop off my order and they even came back later to pick them up for me at no extra cost. GoJava is a fantastic company! Great prices, better than the stores or compatible on most brands. I had an issue with bad tasting coffee once and as soon as I emailed them they made sure to give me a credit for the cost. I really appreciated that! All in all, I highly recommend GoJava, they save time and time is money!
