Purchased a new vehicle traded my older vehicle in the loan on older vehicle has not been paid out lied to by finance person management won't return pho e calls RUN TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP Mon June 30 I was contacted by the Vice President of the company and had a long conversation with him and i feel the issues are being resolved at this time THANK YOU for your informative call July 13 issues not resolved nothing but lies have tried to contact vice president won't return multipile phone calls i don't think i should be financing this company .have been told would get a 200 gas card for my incovenience never got it nothing but lies people stay head south to Moosomin to a qualiry dealer Still nothing has been done by this dealer july 16 except avoid my emails and calls crookedest dealer i have ever seen or dealt with

Went in to test drive a car I was interested in and was very clear I just wanted to test drive to make a choice in a couple months. I felt harassed into getting a check for pre approval by multiple finance managers until I broke and said yes you can check. Waited a couple hours and never got that test drive. The people who took over paragon are beyond aggressive compared to other dealerships. I do not recommend going to this dealership if you are looking for a positive car shopping experience.

Perks: they offered me a drink and burger however was too annoyed to accept.

UPDATE:
- I have now been charged for my old car twice since getting the new car. Being double charged is really hurting my account
- they made me bring in registration to get my keys then continually asked me to re-sign my contract because they “forgot the documentation tax” which upped my payment quite a bit
- had to wait forever just to receive my keys because of the documentation
- would go try and sell to other people leaving me waiting longer because they were too busy car pushing
- showed me zero features of the car or would take the time for me to ask questions
- messaged me afterwords to REMOVE MY REVIEW because they gave me “Excellent service”

*** if I’m paying for two damn cars just give me my old one back!

Buyer Beware
On June 4 we traded in a car on a new SUV. Here it is July 16 and they have still not paid out the car we traded in. Now we are making payments on 2 vehicles. We are seniors living on Old Age Pension. What kind of business is this. Anyone thinking of doing business with company should really think again

Following a positive experience with my first Paragon Sales vehicle purchase, I am now seeking a vehicle for my wife. However, I must express my disappointment with the poor customer service I received. While I have identified a vehicle of interest, I will not proceed due to this experience. Paragon Sales should prioritize improvements in employee customer service training.

After finding a voicemail we decided to head down to paragon this morning to see what they wanted.
Salesman Yale was very professional and personable. He listened to what we were looking for, gave suggestions and made sure we had options. Sales Manager Andre worked numbers to fit our budget and when it came time for financing, he did what he needed to do to get us into a vehicle.
They took their time with us and made sure we were satisfied.

All the staff were great from Hayley, the sales rep to Varun, the finance manager. There were a few others in between, but I can't remember the names (except one guy was Mike). Sorry about that.
