If I could give zero stars, I would. I hired Park Paving because Carmen made a big deal about their so-called superior workmanship and their two-year guarantee. He came across as trustworthy, respectful, and professional. In my experience, he was anything but.

Within a year after the driveway was resurfaced, serious faults appeared. Carmen inspected it, admitted it needed to be redone, and gave me a specific timeframe. That was the start of over two years of lies, delays, and excuses. Every time I followed up, the timeline changed — *last week of August*, *first week of September*, *late spring*, *early fall*, *next spring*. It’s been nothing but deceit and empty promises since 2020.

In my experience, Carmen came across as a caring individual but as time went on, this couldnt be further from the truth if I tried. Carmen and Park Paving company are dishonest, unreliable, and have zero integrity when it comes to standing by their work. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from Park Paving.

The guys did an excellent job on our driveway. The price was great as well. I would highly recommend them. The staff were really nice and friendly. Contact Carmen for a better job.

Park parking did my driveway October 2020
Good group of workers, good machinery, got the job done. Went with the most expensive quote hoping for the best quality! I gave 100% on my interlock, the only thing I didn’t want was puddles!

SUCH A BEAUTIFUL JOB! And reasonably priced! Vito and his incredible crew enlarged and resurfaced 3 driveways on our street and we all are so very happy with the beautiful work. 2 driveways are quite long and now they both are so straight and level and the side edge is perfect. Mine the smaller of the three had very uneven patches and a high bump into the garage. Now it's so even and a seamless drive in. Vito's crew were such confident, capable equipment operators and worked at warp speed. And what a great cleanup. There was nothing to do when they finished.... Incredible to watch. I really can't say enough about Vito and his guys. We on the street give them a 10 star rating. I would highly recommend Park Paving. Cheers Vito.

No issues with the upfront quality of service. Where the wheels fell off is the warranty. My driveway looked great in June 2023 by the Fall both my neighbour (used Park Paving as well) and I had weeds pushing through. We contacted Carmen in Oct 2023. He asked us to spray the weeds and to not pull them out - less disruption to the driveway. He would come back in the Spring. Multiple attempts to have the driveway looked at had a return visit in August 2024. An agreement to have Park Paving back to fix spots where weeds had come through the flat surface of the driveway itself was supposed to happen in September. Our one request as homeowners was to be home so we could watch and learn how to repair because it appears that it will be an ongoing issue..…We weren’t wrong more weed spots appearing. Not sure how much communication by email or phone message is required as I now sit in November 2024 still waiting. Warranty? Money in their pocket I sit at the bottom of the priority list.

Vito the owner & sales rep was very personable, responsive & knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to deal with. The crew arrived on time, super friendly & they worked
together like a well oiled
machine. They definitely know what they are doing. My driveway was paved in 2023 and it looks 👌 like perfection. We also hired the them to do
my parents driveway and they took great care with getting the work done there as well. I would give Vito and the crew 10 stars 🌟 if I could. I highly recommend them. Good honest hard working group with many years of experience.

Two years ago We began to accept the
idea that the driveway needed to be redone. After a few estimates we agreed to have Park Paving do the work. My wife once upon a time sold driveways that made her insist on a fall pave. This was no problem for PP. We insisted that we got sufficient thickness of asphalt of a quality grade of stone and asphalt. PP delivered here as well. Plenty of material laid down.
Along the way we modified our plans for the layout and asked for some adjustments to our plans. Again no worries “we can deal with that”
The whole project went smoothly and we were pleased with the results.
PP was flexible, accommodating and responsive to all our needs Put down a driveway we love
I waited for almost two years to post this review so I could decide how to write this review.
Simply put Park Paving worked with us and laid down a great driveway

Very happy with our new driveway!

Park Paving and Vito did our original driveway over 20 years ago and obviously did a great job as it lasted this long! When we decided to do a full driveway makeover to give us more room, we started getting quotes but many were questionable with bad advice or when we saw their work in our neighbourhood we weren't too impressed (uneven or too many stones). So we tried looking up Park Paving & Vito to see if they were still in business. SO HAPPY they were and it SPEAKS VOLUMES that in this business where new signs go up literally every year- this company has remained solid and it is a testament to their quality and workmanship they are still in business.
From day one, Vito is very responsive, honest and trustworthy with great communication about the process, expectations and scheduling details. The crew were precise and masterful laying a beautiful, smooth driveway exactly to the specifications we negotiated. Our neighbour even used Park Paving when they saw how good ours looked. Highly recommend Park Paving and thanks Vito and the crew!
