My husband and I spent three nights, mid-week, at the Park Place Inn in early November 2024. I’ve been to Jasper numerous times, but had no idea this cute little inn was right in the heart of town! I phoned only a few days in advance to reserve and the person who helped me was super friendly, chill and helpful. We basically had a choice of any room we wanted and chose a suite on the main floor. There are two beside each other and we got to decide when we arrived which one we preferred.

Ken was working most of the time when we were there and we loved him. Warm and a great conversationalist, happy to talk about Jasper, including the devastating fire a few months earlier. We ended up staying in Suite A and we’re overall happy with it. It’s huge! Extra bug king sized bed, jacuzzi tub in the bedroom, an additional seating area, and a shower with five shower heads. There were a couple small maintenance issues, but nothing major, and dealt with right away. The location cannot be best if you want to be in town, literally mere steps away from restaurants and shopping. There is also underground parking for guests.

The shoulder season rates were incredible! Even the high season rates are really reasonable. I would love to stay here again and try out a heritage room on the second floor.

I can’t say enough about how exquisite this boutique hotel is! Every tiny detail is thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious experience from the moment you step in. The rooms are simply stunning, with gorgeous crown molding, intricate light fixtures, and elegant furnishings that truly make it feel like a home away from home.

It’s clear that attention was paid to every aspect—even down to the toilet paper dispenser, which adds a touch of charm you don’t expect to notice, but appreciate! The service was impeccable, and the staff made every effort to ensure our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an upscale, unique stay that feels both comfortable and grand.

Highly, highly recommend this hotel. The location is great, the room was a nice size and spotless, but most of all the staff is amazing and made our stay extra special. From the moment we arrived Lovely went over and above to make our stay special. He was so kind to our little daughter and it not only made our stay even better, she couldn’t stop talking about the time he she spent at the Park Place Inn and “hanging out” with Lovely. It was a stay we will not forget. Thank you to all the staff (and especially Lovely from Elyse :).

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and large. I loved the soaker tub after a long day of site seeing and climbing. We would definitely stay there again. Also, they were very flexible with our check in time as our train got in at 7:30 in the morning.

A very nice and comfortable Inn right in the heart of Jasper. The room and bathroom was very spacious. It also has underground, free parking! The furniture is a bit dated but nonetheless, it’s very clean, and service is excellent! Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic room, even better than advertised! Despite the price being the lowest among other hotels we searched for may long weekend, the room was fantastic. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and amazing location+underground parking made this everything we could ask for. Couldn’t recommend this location enough, next time we’re in Jasper we’ll definitely stay here again

Great place to stay in the heart of Jasper. Underground covered parking. Walk everywhere so convenient. Family run. Discount at family restaurant less than half a block away. Rooms are so comfortable. All in all, a great place to stay, small and cozy.

I would say the best thing you could say on a review is you’d definitely stay there again. We had suite A which was roomie with sliding glass doors separating the sitting area. Friendly staff and nice and clean and quiet. Quality sleep. Right downtown close to everything. We’ll be back!
