Parkview staff were absolutely amazing from the first time I was there until the end of my project. They really went above and beyond, and I can't thank them enough! The guidance from David at my very first visit, the delivery of all the material and the customer service from the rest of the staff whose names I don't recall, was amazing. Last but not least, I would not have been able to build my two-tier retaining wall (as a rookie) on my own had it not been for Marco taking the time to teach and support me throughout the project. Thank you!

David from the showroom was so incredibly patient and helpful in showing me all the features of the pavers they have. I love how the store has the pavers installed on their floor so you can see the look in large format. Thank you so much David!!

Quick and simple service for dropping soil / sod. Drive on to the scale, go inside get your slip, drive and dump your stuff, turn around and drive back onto the scale, pay and leave.

Only knock I have as a consumer and not a business was the minimum price for a soil drop at $40 it's a pretty steep charge. The only place around so they get to set the price. Tough luck for me with only about 100lbs of soil.

Oh well, lesson learned.

Abysmal customer service! I asked for the delivery to be made through the laneway behind my house. The load was dumped IN the laneway, without letting me know, blocking my gate and parking spot. Parkview wants another $170 delivery charge to move it. The delivery guy claims he's the manager, and there's no recourse. Also says he didn't notice the gate. I will never use them again.

Absolute awesome service, I had their concrete truck show up in my laneway for a patio pour, I had guys there running wheelbarrows from the lane to the patio, when about half way through surprise the one laborer that works for my friend doing the patio had to leave, the driver (the owners son) would fill wheelbarrows and help run them back and forth with us, he didn't have to help but he did.
I wish my guy doing the work (a "friend of mine by the way") knew as much about concrete as the driver or even me, patio was a disaster, but at least the parkview service was great.

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone starting a reno project! Great quality supplies and material. Had a fantastic experience with the entire staff at Parkview Building supplies. We started a huge backyard project and wanted to complete the project on our own and the staff was so incredibly helpful and accommodating, They gave us advice on everything from material to answering our long list of questions over many many trips to the place. Marco and Laurie were so helpful with everything even taking a look at pictures as we completed the project and giving us suggestions and tips. Our backyard turned out amazing and even more gorgeous than we pictured. Could not have done such an amazing job on it without the help. Thanks so much to everyone!
