We had a decrepit plant repotted by one of their experts and she was a wonderfully knowledgeable person who was as friendly ans she was skilled. The whole process was far less expensive than I'd anticipated also! We will pop in again 🙂

The staff at Parkway gardens are always very helpful and nice. I have had very good experiences each time I come.

Today we went for their family day event. It really was a great time. They put a lot of effort into making a fun event for families to attend.

I was able to grab some great plants at the end.

A great spot, a hidden gem, just outside of town. The festive offerings were awesome but there is something here for you all year long. Set it as your destination for a leisurely browse and pick up some plants while you are there.

Well that was an experience! What a jam packed garden centre that is! Everything was well laid out, merchandised, labeled, etc. The signage was really clear and big to be able to find the area I wanted to be shopping in. First time here and I enjoyed my time here. Safety protocols in place, felt safe! It is a huge space, be sure to wear your walking shoes!

I give Parkway Garden centre a ZERO!!!! I have never been spoken to more rudely then I was today by a manager. I brought a flower in that I had bought in April, I brought the receipt that clearly showed the date, and that I had bought 3 flowers that day and 1 did not survive the transition to my house. I had nothing to hide, was just upset that one had died. I only wanted a store credit/a replacement. The first girl I spoke with was glad to help me exchange it, her co-worker stated that sometimes these flowers do not survive the transition out of the greenhouse. I USED TO shop here all the time. I have bought many things from this garden centre and was sure that I would continue. I spent 30 minutes picking out some more flowers and found the replacement for my dead one. Went to the cash, and the kind cashier was about to run my exchange and new ($50.+) purchase through when the 'manager' stepped in and said no we are not doing that. She had the nerve to pull the dead flower out of the pot and say there was nothing wrong with the flower and that I killed it. I told her I have not watered it in the last 5 days as it has been dead. I explained it was unusual because my other flowers were all fine and have now been planted in the garden. She was SO RUDE to me. She absolutely refused to work with me. She walked away from the cash and left the poor cashier to deal with me. I explained to this poor kind cashier that I am a return costumer and have been coming here for years. She apologized. Even though I will NEVER be coming back to Parkway I feel worse for your lovely front staff that clearly have better people skills than the manager. I hope the owner reads this! I was with my 14 year old daughter, who was also absolutely shocked by what happened. Your call to not exchange a 19.99 flower has now cost you a lot more in sales. I was not the only one that walked out, I saw another person leave and another that approached me in the parking lot because I was so shaken and upset! I have never been treated so poorly. Don't have 2-3 of your staff say we are exchanging it, waste 30min of my time picking out more things and then tell me it was my fault and that I killed it. I should have kept that dead flower! Now I have zero to show for this experience. Be warned Parkway Garden Centre employees your managers will not back you up if you are dealing with any situation.

We left our Christmas tree pic up too late and had problems find a tree in our usual spots. Remembered that the garden centre was selling them, got a beautiful tree for 30% off.

The staff wrapped and secured the tree to the roof of my car. What great service. I'll be back next year!

Great place to get flowers, shrubs, and fruit trees for your garden and backyard. We visited here during their sale and so, that’s better as we got some great deals.

Parkway had a brilliant selection of plants and accessories in their greenhouse. Lots to look at and reasonably priced. Lots of parking and accessibility.

The trees were not as abundant and still had a fair selection and the ones they had were sought after.
