The girls here were amazing. Not only did they manage to create a gothic preserved bouquet but they also managed to incorporate my own crystals to make it more personal. Their excitement to make this bouquet was so refreshing. Would recommend, especially for those wanting a not so traditional bouquet, as the girls actually seem up for a challenge.

Had to send flowers to someone in Kelowna & I’m not local, so I scoured reviews to see who looked good. I came across Passionate Blooms & had a feeling they’d be great. I like that they offer their own custom arrangements & you’re not just picking from the Teleflora catalogue like most places offer (which in my opinion only offers repetitive, dated styles). Once they sent out the flowers they sent me a photo & they look beautiful! I will 100% order with Passionate Blooms in the future 🙂

I decided to use Passionate Blooms to order a bouquet for a friend in Kelowna. I was unable to order through the website, so I called the store directly. I told them what bouquet I would like to order. The lady was very polite and told me that they were waiting for their floral order to come in and only had a small selection at the time and she didn't think my expecations would be met if she immediately filled the order. I was happy to wait a couple days to send the flowers.
The floral delivery to the shop was delayed due to snow in the Lower Mainland, and I was informed of this problem that was out of the shops control. After the order was made, there was an issue with the delivery driver finding the residence. Passionate Blooms included some cookies (for any trouble that may have been caused) when the flowers were delivered a day later.
I felt that the shop continually commuicated with me about my order, even when they encountered troubles. They were kind and helpful. My friend was very happy with the beautiful flowers that she received.

Very disappointing experience - buyer beware. I had to put my dog down just before Christmas which was very difficult. My coworkers ordered me a planter basket so I could have a living reminder of my sweet Sadie in the house. The order was supposed to be delivered before Christmas, but was postponed at the last minute. My coworkers arranged for the delivery to happen in early January instead, in spite of the fact that it was two weeks after my dog passed. I never once received a call from the delivery driver. As it happened, I was out of town when the plant was delivered, and only found out about it thanks to my watchful neighbour who noticed a plant sitting on my front porch in freezing temperatures. I asked the neighbour to bring the plant in, but by the time I got home the next day the damage had been done. The tropical plants all died within a week. When the madness of the holidays, returning to work, and emotions about losing my dog finally subsided, I reached out to Passionate Blooms to share my experience. They apologized but didn't offer any kind of reimbursement. When I asked if they would replace the bouquet they stated that their policy requires notification of issues with an order within 24 hours. Given that more than 24 hours had elapsed before I even knew that a delivery had been made without my knowledge, this seems completely irrelevant. I will not shop here going forward.

I use Passionate Blooms to send my mom flowers on Mother’s Day. They do wonderful work and the orders always arrive on time. I always get sent pics of the orders. Mom loves them!

Great website, easy to navigate. Wonderful selection of bouquets to chose from and I Ioved the add ons to enhance the gift. We can't rate Passionate Blooms enough!

We contacted them fairly last minute to create a bouquet/boutonnière for our elopement/wedding and they were more than happy to accommodate us! They also offered delivery from West Kelowna to Vernon (Sparkling Hill resort) for a reasonable fee - fabulous!

Also - on our wedding we day we had to bring the ceremony forward due to incoming thunderstorms and the delivery driver managed to get them to us way ahead of time! Thank you for reliving that stress and being so prompt!!

As you can see the flowers were gorgeous - loved the colours and the added towel to avoid the flowers dripping on the dress. Overall, a wonderful experience with them - can't recommend them enough. Thank you x
