A conversation with a supervisor will completely reveal the insignificance of your existence in their eyes. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. This has to be one of the most frustrating, inefficient, and poorly organized places for deliveries—whether you’re picking up or dropping off.

First off, the staff is either nonexistent or completely misleading. You’re left guessing where to go, which dock to park or once you parked they will make you assign another dock clearly not caring about drivers time. And good luck if you arrive during a busy time—the traffic backs up quickly due to poor layout and lack of staff coordination.

Second, the loading/unloading sucks. One would be waiting for hours and hours to unload/ load . Messing all the drivers schedule.

Communication is also a huge issue. Staff are either overwhelmed, unhelpful, or simply not present. There’s no clear system in place, no posted instructions, and definitely no sense of urgency.

This place desperately needs a redesign, better traffic flow management, and a competent on-site team. Until then, avoid it if you can—or at least pack your patience.

Appointment was for 9am and now it's 11am still waiting for offload no one was answering properly just running here and there in their office. If you want to make your mood and day worse come here they will make it for you.

At the evening time when you before enter to the yard, needed wait on the road in line. Both sides of road is busy, it's do traffic and people do complain. One driver got big ticket. They have big yard but nobody can enter until 6:30 pm. They need to do learn how working Costco or Walmart. They have too much rules and give you many many questions, like prosecutor. One star and it's too much for them

Came 10pm to try to offload. They said come 3am instead of 4am appointment time. Informed them I need to take kids to school 8am but need to park truck and trailer at the yard by 7am. Product offloaded apparently by 4:30am and sitting for paperwork for additional 1.4hrs

Called again 6am to please try as I need to go yard and park truck and supervisor didn't told other shift supervisor. There is only 3 or 4 trucks here not busy

If I didn't have obligations would have sat here all day but there was a need and very poorly done

Check in was fast. Need your P.O #. Truck & trailer #. And license plate.
The guy was very polite with me. Gave me instructions on how it was all going to work. Sat in my truck and the bumper took 1hr 30 mins.

Cold storage takes way too long to unload regularly. No regard for truckers hours of service regulations. Dont care at all about the truckers that supply them, and other deliveries that the drivers have to do, and don’t care at all about how their slow service affects the drivers.
