We dropped in this afternoon to bathe our new rescue dog and to buy several items for him. The staff were extremely helpful. Patient while we used their bathing services for our dog; we ended up using the service much longer than planned.

Hello I am a 55-year-old woman who is suffering from cancer and going through chemo I decided to get a fish tank. Not only are they beautiful to look at but to help me occupy my mind time. Going through this horrible experience. So the first place I went to to purchase fish was this store Paulmacs located in Napanee. All together, since I got my tank. I purchased over $200, which is in a very short time frame of only a couple months. The last 2 fish that I purchased, we're sick.
And within less than 24 hours had killed everything in my tank, when I went to the store with evidence to inform them of this, they were very apologetic and acknowledged that their fish were sick, they then told me they would reimburse me for my loss. And gave me some pills to kill the disease that their fish had caused. They told me to come in today. Which I did in the morning to get my new fish but all of a sudden, there was a problem. And they could only reimburse me $42. So in other words, they ripped a sick woman off, where is the ethic? Where is the professionalism?
How disgraceful you are for doing this to me after spending all that money in your store in such a very short time, you have not only traumatized me losing my friends. And made me sick to my stomach when I got home. Because I was so upset. I had told you that I just left chemo to come get my new friends and you did this, to me, shame on you.

Kindly refunded all the food I had purchased when my dog decided she no longer liked it. Also gave a small bag of another food to try at no cost!! Super helpful staff

This place is great. Staff is very friendly. Pet bath area is very clean, neat and easy access for yourself and your pets. Nice gated area, so no worries of your pet running out. We brouht soap but all supplies are supplied. Lots of clean towels. So much easier washing them here and not worrying about the mess at home. Easy clean up and blow dryer is great to make them nice and dry. Definitely a must for anyone with medium to big dogs. Treats are even supplied, for the pets.
Plus, it is only $10 per per pet.

First, ever walk in for our two small dogs nail trim and grind. Sydney was kind and confident handling our two small dogs. Walk in accepted between 12:30 pm to 1:00pm for nails. I noticed many people brought their cats to Sydney. She's is very professional. I requested nail trim and grind for Amber and Freddie. Reasonably priced too.
