From the first contact, they were very responsive and answered all my need in a very efficient and professional way. They performed the analysis in a timely manner. I collected a water sample for one of our buildings in Edmonton and collaborated with Rhamil at PRB. Their response was rapid and efficient. After sending the results to Edmonton city officials, they requested either an engineer's stamp or a cover letter. I contacted Rhamil again to inquire about a cover letter, and he promptly agreed to provide one. We received it the next day, which greatly assisted us in restoring our water service.

Please ignore the past negative reviews. This company has now been taken over by a wonderful , knowledgeable couple who are presently striving to improve , communications, marketing and overall facility. I have been given the tour of the premises and have nothing but impressive remarks to add to this review. Check out the new website. Give them a call. You won’t be sorry !!
