Shout out to Alyssa at the Wale Road location for her quick action when my vehicle died in the car wash line up. She attempted to charge the battery and when that didn’t work, she called on an employee from the neighbouring Mr. Lube to give the battery a quick charge. You saved the day Alyssa!

I was having a stressful day running around doing errands. Really needed gas and a car wash. Already had a car wash receipt which I didn't get to use at a previous fill up of gas. I was having problems at the pump I was using when a very nice young attendant name Carter (hope I spelled his name correctly) reached over and helped me out. He was very pleasant and we chatted back and forth while I waited for my gas fill. After, when I was waiting in my car in the carwash lineup, stuck between vehicles, after looking everywhere in my purse, I realized I had misplaced my car wash receipt!!! I went inside the store and who was on the cash but Carter. Told him my dilemma and he said "I remember you having the car wash ticket in your hand when you were wondering how busy it was at the in the lineup". He said no worries, and got a new ticket printed for me. What a relief!! When I got back to the car lying on the drivers seat was my old car wash ticket. Back I go to Carter, who probably cringed when he saw me coming in the door. Instead he said thank you and still had a smile on his face when I gave him the new ticket he had printed up back. What an awesome employee you have there and parent's you have done an awesome job raising this young man. Thank you again Carter and this is one of the many reason's I keep going back to Peninsula Co-op Gas & Convenience Centre.

SLOWEST CAR WASH!!! Do not use unless you have lots of time. There is only one car wash and it is hidden behind the bldg. You cannot see the line- up until it's too late and you are trapped. There is actually a sign that tells the est. wait at one point will be EIGHTY MIN.!! No kidding!
They do not warn you about the wait times when you are offered the car wash at the pump. STAY AWAY!!
Today it took 30 min. to get thru-will never go back.

I went to co-op at 321 wale road as per usual i go there at least 1-2 X’s a week for gas, but today around 12:40pm ish sept/22/2022 i went in for a scratch ticket and car wash, so anyway i go in, jordan is helping a female (Caucasian) and so i asked if he could ring me through he said “go to other register ____ can help you” (and mind you the female cashier is already busy with a customer who had some payment issues & the wait was a lot longer i felt hurt/sad by this action by jordan) & let me tell you jordan goes (quite fast too) to open the register opposite side to ring a guy that came in after me, i felt truly embarrassed, i work and spend my hard earned money there just as any other that goes to this gas station, if you see this please do better, that was embarrassing and hurtful. You went out of your way and fast might i add for the other customers of non visible minority variety, i seen your face go beet tomato red,it was very obvious what you did & you knew what you were doing, it’s obvious when someone is being mean for no real reason, i was not being rude nor did i give any real reason to be embarrassed in such a way. And truly apologize if i did offend or do anything to upset you, i feel i did nothing to deserve that awful customer service or lack of from jordan.

If you're going to greet your customers with "do you have mask"? Instead of " hi how are you today?" Maybe make sure your STAFF is wearing a mask too unless the rule doesn't apply to your staff just the customers. Obviously I won't be doing business here anymore. Just went there to buy a drink on a hot day. 4 workers just standing around. One person on a till and the other one said use other side. 4 people in line.
Looked really bad. If they were on a break they should've been in the back
