I regret having to post this review, but this company has left me with no choice. They have stopped responding to my requests to complete the project. I hired them to install artificial grass in my yard and paid them with a small $200 holdback. I provided them with a list of deficiencies (see photos) regarding their work. After numerous phone calls and texts, they kept promising to return and finish the job but never did.

Initially, they came to measure and gave me a firm price during the quoting stage. However, when they arrived to start the project, they claimed they had measured incorrectly and would not be able to complete the job unless I paid an additional $1,200. Though I felt somewhat taken advantage of, I agreed to this increase. My only regret is that I didn't hold back more funds; with only $200 held back, there is little incentive for them to return. The guys that run the company are young business people still learning on how to run a business properly. I hope in the future they understand it is important to complete project they have agreed to with their customer
