Finally a place where you can hold the pets before adopting them! They had such a variety of animals and the employees were incredibly kind. Would definitely recommend getting your animals needs or animals from here ! Sad I couldn’t adopted the bunny as it was on hold but still so sweet!

Super cute lowered display cases made so kids can look in. They have a premium selection or fish too. All the animals looked healthy and well cared for.

Just saying, the comments here are all over the place. The staff today was super nice and let us see the bunnies. The bunnies were well adjusted, not afraid or anything and were super cute.

My thoughts are that part of the fun of having fuzzy pets is the enjoyment of petting them. The staff showed good boundaries and supervision for both animals and children.

Awful staff! was in the other day and the bigger older lady was laughing with another co worker about how she refuses to sell to people of other ethnicities other then white people hamsters or gerbils because she joked that there going to cook them. Which is EXTREMELY disgusting as i’m filipino and was standing 10 feet away from her in the store which she knew. When i went to checkout i got the grossest look from her and she chuckled as i left. I ended up almost on the verge of tears outside the store because of the remark. I will never be going here again. DO NOT COME HERE

I just picked up a gorgeous little hamster this morning, I was really anxious and nervous. I have autism and the adoption form scared me, even though I wasn't the most pleasant at the beginning, I apologized a lot and the girl was so patient with me.. I didn't catch her name, she looked very young with glasses and was training another girl.

My boyfriend and I don't understand all the negative reviews. This is the best petstore I've ever been to.
Very clean cages, toys, the animals get handled.
Amazing fish tank set ups, even for the betta fish VS their usual cup situation they actually have heated tanks with flowing water and every fish tank has decorations in it.

Staff is knowledgeable. Animals are fed an amazing variety of food and are all calm and happy.

I bought this conure here and was asked all the appropriate questions before releasing it to me and I got a follow up phone call to inquire about how the bird was settling in and told to call if there's ever any issues or questions.
No other pet store would have records of where the animal came from or the animals hatch or birth date ect.
As a long time bird owner I was shocked at how much information they knew about their care and asked me if I knew about such things as they were apprehensive to sell. They really wanna make sure the animal is going somewhere suitable that is fully prepared and has prior experience if possible for an exotic pet.

If your buying a pet you want an animal that has been handled and enjoys being interacted with and the staff is ALWAYS watching 👀 😉
Best behaved parrot I've come across in a pet store or even a breeder.

Ignore the rude reviews - I find them slanderious, probably from people they wouldn't release an animal to because nothing that they have said has been truthful in the slightest.

Probably shouldn't be selling parrots. "Care sheet experts" selling unfriendly parrots for 2-5 times the price of a syringe fed tame baby from a breeder. Go to kijiji and find local breeder, save yourself the time and money.

The reptiles there (mainly the leopard gecko) is in a wayyyyy to small of a tank for its size and it was not healthy at all, missing toes, severely underweight, discoloured, and way more. All animals (except for reptiles and fish thankfully) were able to be touched and held. There was at least 3 kids grabbing the birds by their necks and the workers just sat and watched them. Animals were biting people left and right due to the environment they were in. This is not a pet store its a place where you can watch animals be abused.

Lack of courtesy from staff, especially one lady. If you’re gonna have a holier than thou attitude, at least make sure you’re giving people the right information! A+ for her bullshitting skills though. Will not be back. *To pet land owner- How many times are you going to ‘talk’ to your staff? As per the comments you have left, you have done so several times, yet nothing has changed.*
