The staff here seem more interactive than the other pet stores in town. I love going here with my dog, even though she's super shy and doesn't like strangers. The staff are very respectful of her, but still keep trying to interact, which is great for socialization! The reptile/fish guy has had so many helpful suggestions for me when I was setting up a shrimp tank. The prices can be quite high, but it's worth it to shop the sales.

Still only responds I don't do the ordering so that's all that's on the shelf,

so I left politely not impressed with that service at all.
How do you as a pet store run out of flea treatments and not have an order date on the shelf or a proper response with expected date for customers why call back they don't share info with their staff let alone customers so no thank you. It's a GOOD IDEA PETLAND TO KEEP STOCK INFO FOR US NOT ONLY FOR YOU.
Please inform your staff to AT LEAST put caller on hold and ASK.

I went in here just with the family to have a nosey at the type of pets being sold here and I came out with a lovely fish tank, followed by a few more visits and a collection of some tropical fish. Huge thank you to Colin who has a fountain of knowledge for a novice pet fish owner like me.

They have wonderful staff and are very helpful, and have an amazing selection for your family pets, fish, birds, kittens, and the puppies, and always the favorite, the reptiles. I just love this store

Good selection of quality Canadian made dog foods. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not a typical American style box store pushing the unhealthy big name brands. Keep up the great work Mike!

Absolutely incredible fish and reptile department. I have worked in the animal industry for a long time and have grown quite the knowledge in fish and reptile care (even managed a fish and reptile department in another city) and Colin is Absolutely fantastic! you are in incredible hands with him and his stunning department! I wish all petlands were run like this one!
