Well I should have known my kids better. Of course, they fell in love with the last guinea pig and the employee was very patient and informative to spend the time providing my children with the requirements/instructions on pet adoption. So while I enjoyed Micheals for half an hour we left with our newest family member
Simon "The Guinea" can't complain they are just like their mom was.

Very rude staff. Including both the main manager and assistant. They both did not know anything about animals. When I went to small pets the staff was very ignorant and snarky. I asked about the rabbits they had in-store and she stated they had some in the back but couldn't show me cause they were born in-store and corporate said no one can see them. When asked the size they said a small breed but they described a large rabbit. Having raised rabbits for 35 years I would know size in breeds. The only department that was nice was the fish department very nice staff and very smart with fish and the tarantulas. Before leaving the store the assistant manager asked me how I was doing. I asked if it was possible to see the mother of rabbits in the store. She said no Corporate said no one is allowed to see them. I asked about the size she stated a small breed again i said to her that breed isn't large its small. They described the rabbits being large around 7 to 10 lbs and the dwarf breed they kept saying is around 2 to 3lbs. I hope someone from Petland head office can fix the staff at this store.

Most staff are very nice, but me and my friends were not allowed to go in with the kittens even tho one of us is 19 and the other two are 17, she was very rude about it and got mad at us for not speaking up about the ages, even tho we did to a different employee. The lady who was very rude to us was Kim I believe she is a manger. But overall every employee is super nice I've been going here for years.

Poor customer service. Products were dirty and they wouldn't discount or guarentee the item. They had no clean ones in stock as several of them were dirty. Staff are overall nice and my kids get to hold many of the pets. Due to the poor customer service, I do not recommend.

Always love going to see the many animals the have ready for adoption. Unfortunately the betta fish could be better taken care of but there is so much more there!

The gentleman Tehgan in the fish room was incredibly helpful with getting my tank set up. I learned a lot of things I didn’t know about the hobby and really respect his manners and knowledge.

Everytime I come here the staff is so helpful and so knowledgeable, and if there is something they don't have they will always tell me where I can get it!
