Endroit magnifique pour une belle balade et découvrir de belles orchidées À faire

Beautiful little park with accessible boardwalk trails. Saw lots of carnivorous plants (thanks to the great descriptions on the signs). Very quiet and peaceful, we only saw one other person in the 30 minutes we were there. Lots of benches to sit and appreciate nature.

Gravel road with one parking spot; we parked on the side of the road to avoid a tight turn with a motorcycle.

If you only have fifteen minutes to spend at a nature preserve, visit this one. Leave your cranky nature-hating partner and kid with some snacks in the car and take a short spin along the boardwalk, you'll see all the carnivorous plants, rare orchids, songbirds, and ferny cedar woods your heart desires, without a long walk to get there. Boardwalk trail is extremely well maintained (plenty of benches too), and accessible right from the one parking spot. Would reward a longer stay too, there was plenty to see.

Lovely trail, saw lots of mushrooms and toadstools.
Boardwalk for a lot of it, a lot of uneven ground with stones and roots.

Stay on the paths if you go to help keep germinating orchids stay alive! Very fragile, they take years to root and bloom (Early June)

If you take the longest path, it's quite the hike on the roads to get back to your vehicle.

A great place for a quiet walk to reconnect with nature. To find a place for quiet to think. So there are 2 boardwalks one this year is under construction so currently u can only go on the one. Where u will see different flowers and birds if u visit at different times of the year. At the end of the boardwalk in the trees there is a almost 1 km trail that brings you to Adelaide st where u get a great view of the water. To your left u can see Red Bay beach.

A great place to see natures beauty. To hear it’s beauty. To feel its beauty. To let it into your hearts. There are two sides to this boardwalk. Summer of 2022 one half is under construction. Also that the end of the boardwalk in the trees there is another trail less than 1 km long that takes you to Adelaide street where you can get a great view of the water near RedBay harbour. Nice walk and very pretty.

This is a great little nature reserve. If you a looking for a great view of the different types of biodiversity the Bruce Peninsula has to offer, this area delivers that in a nice easy bite sized package. There are two boardwalk trails. One is across the road, where a narrow boardwalk will take you on a key hole loop through the wetland. There it will be impossible to miss the pitcher plants and other interesting vegetation. The other boardwalk trail can be considered in two parts. The first, and main part, is a wide boardwalk likely suitable for wheelchair access and goes in a box shaped loop through bush and wetland, and on the side of the quiet road on the way back. The second part extends out after the first side of the box. This narrow boardwalk trail takes a largely straight path through the bush where you get the full sense of the different landscapes of the peninsula.

Good for an hour or two depending on how much you stop to watch the fish, frogs, and look at all the orchids.

Really great short boardwalk trail that loops around, super cool to see the sarracenia! We saw a few orchids too. One of the side trails takes you to the water too.
