In 2019, we had a great shopping experience with the owner before he opened Phoenix Food Equipment. This summer when we were shopping for stainless steel prep tables and sink for our kitchen, we luckily learnt that the owner now has his own company. We decided to shop at Phoenix Food Equipment.

We are very satisfied of our experience there. Not only we got superior quality products at very reasonable price that we couldn't find in Quebec, but also we had an unparalleled customer service!

We are especially impressed and touched by their dedication and efforts to ensure the customers' satisfaction. They took great care of our order at each step.

They were very accommodating, honest and patient whenever we had questions.

They spent time and energy to ensure that everything we received was in good shape.

Their willingness to help the customers is extremely rare these days. The customer service from Phoenix Food Equipment is the best we ever had!

Great products and great customer service.

After shopping around, Phoenix had great pricing for what we were looking for. I visited their location in Vaughn to finalize the purchase and met Azim. Azim was super helpful from start to finish. On delivery day, their team called an hour before the scheduled delivery window which sadly, is rare these days. The delivery was super smooth even though we are on a busy one way street. Our rep Azim even followed up after delivery to make sure everything went well.
