We were welcomed by a friendly lady who helped us. Small click but very clean. The vet was awesome. The puppies never peeped when receiving their shots. The vet assistant was so gentle and efficient when she microchip my 6 and ahalf pound, 11 year old puppy. Lulu never peeped. Thank you for all you did.

I absolute love the service here! The ladies are amazing and it’s quick to get in. They are so personable and always smiling. Easy to talk and laugh with. Also, the prices are absolutely doable. I live in Crowsnest Pass and I can’t afford their prices here. A1 service and my animals aren’t nervous going there. Except maybe my cat when he gets shaved BUT one of the girls gave him a dinosaur cut! They were such good sports about it! This will be my only go to. I trust them and so do my animals.

We have been taking our pets to Pincher Creek Vets for years. When the time came to say goodbye to our old boy Gabe, Charlie and Bailey came to our house and were very professional and compassionate. It was the hardest decision we had to make and Charlie reinforced our decision with clear advice. They were the only vet locally we could find that would offer a house call for that type of service, it was very much appreciated!

I've dealt with these guys for at least 20 years now and Charlie and his team have always been very good with all my pets. They definitely know their trade and are very professional and I would recommend them to anyone. Quite reasonably priced as well.

Took my puppy for her first set of shots and I was not happy with the dr. She was very cold and didn’t do a proper check up. I’ve never had a vet seem so annoyed with questions and so rushed before. I was also given the fees before I went and paid way more once I was charged. I don’t recommend this vet or the clinic.

Charlie and his team are amazing, they have been looking after my pets since I was 8 years old.
My cat passed away yesterday and they showed so much compassion. They are the only vet clinic I will go to, I highly recommend Charlie and his staff.
