After accidentally welcoming a long-haired cat into our home, we found ourselves dealing with quite a few mats. I consulted with Amy, and we booked an appointment for Cheddar, who ended up needing to be shaved. Our visit to Pineo’s Pet Spa was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend Pineo’s Pet Spa!

They treat me like gold and are so so good to my little Chinese crested Nicxi. They do an excellent job at grooming. My baby looks like a million bucks always!!, and the staff are oh so wonderful. I highly recommend! Nicxi also loves her play dates here with her little friends 🙂

From the moment we walked in we were treated top notch. You could see the staff were clearly there for the love of the pet. We dropped our 2 year old bully off for a free trial to see how she'd do and she wasn't even aware we had left.
A month later we left her for 3 days ( our first time ever apart) she was thriving when we picked her up. She smelled clean and not like she had been in a kennel and after greeting us was ready to return with the staff .. or so she thought lol! We were able to check in on her and it left us at ease. We would definitely recommend leaving your baby here and will certainly be using their services again.

The grooming was very well done. Find no fault in that but the price is outrageous! $200+ to have a 45 lb Aussie-doodle groomed. Paid less than half that, in Edmonton, for the exact same thing. Unreal! Grocery stores are gouging, now even small private businesses are in the gouging game!

Great experience for our first grooming at the Pet Spaw. Our sassy kitty can be a handful but the staff was wonderful & she looks great! Will definitely be back again ?❤️
