The owner here is extremely rude. Not professional at all. Yelling and screaming at people. Instead of blaming his own arrogance for loss of business blames others. I was gonna go check out the store but after that performance I decided against it as I will not support a business in which the owner behaves like that

Yes I said I was waiting for a friend however that friend wanted to come in and check your store with me. I support local businesses but after that performance of being yelled and screamed at and threatened I opted out and told my friend we would pass as a business that treats people like that doesn’t deserve my support. You cant even take criticism on reviews from other customers which says a lot for you. Sir I will say this calling people names is ridiculous. Especially over a parking spot in which had you not behaved in that manner and waited 10 minutes would have seen we would have come in. You are very rude and unprofessional.

What's with all the negative reviews? The atmosphere is very friendly and the store is very clean and well-maintained. The kind lady running the store helped me find everything I needed, and I will be coming back! ❤️

Normally I don't comment to much on places but today this place finally made me angry. Almost every time I go here I am treated rudely. I have always over looked it but today a full 5 min early they closed the door in my face saying no we are closed. Honestly I'm done with this place I'd rather go to Domrick or almost any other Philippine store.

I was looking for a product and found it in this store by calling them. I asked how much it cost and the answer to me was "just come over to the store". Then I said, I would like to know first how much it will cost me so I can decide whether I would like to buy it or not. She still insisted for the 2nd time that I come to the store and told me that she is busy. I asked if I can call again when she is not busy anymore. She then insisted for the 3rd time that I come to this store then hang up on me. Terrible customer service and I it feels like she is begging for people to come to this store. How ridiculous can it be to not just help a customer over the phone with prices. You dont even deserve a single star!

I was charged extra for something which wasn't explained to me. It couldn't been GST as groceries are non-taxable items except for novelties which wasn't my purchase. If this store charges for using Debit that's just steep. I will no longer support this local business. ** I have been to better Vietnamese restaurants and I know what's good and what is not. Thank you

Lots of little goodies here, have only been once but plan to go more.
Try the little multi pack of cakes, like melon cake it was a fun snack we enjoyed.
Seems none of these places had Thai style flat rice noodles but some have smoked tofu, forgot to check but I hope this place has the tofu as we are making pad thai more often.
