I recently visited Pistachio Store with high hopes of purchasing quality meat for a special occasion. However, my experience turned sour right from the moment I entered the store.

Firstly, despite traveling 20 kilometers to reach the store, the product I received was far from what was advertised and requested. I specifically asked for a 5lb lamb leg without fat, emphasizing this point to the staff. Yet, upon opening the package at home, I was shocked to find that it contained almost 2.5lb of meat and an equal amount of fat. This blatant misrepresentation of the product's weight and composition is simply unacceptable.

Even more disappointing was the store's response when I returned to address the issue. Despite showing them the discrepancy and expressing my dissatisfaction, they offered only a partial refund for the fat portion, refusing to acknowledge their mistake fully. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to provide a proper resolution to the problem is appalling and goes against the basic principles of good customer service.

As a consumer, I expect transparency, honesty, and fairness from businesses, especially when it comes to the quality and accuracy of the products they sell. Unfortunately, [Pistachio Store] failed to meet these expectations, leaving me deeply unsatisfied and frustrated with my overall experience. I urge others to exercise caution when considering purchasing meat from this establishment, as their practices and customer service leave much to be desired.

I am regularly visiting this store and do my shopping especially for the fruits and vegetables since I moved to London 2 months ago.
Dozens of items have no price tags not only today since 2 months and just today tried to explain to the lady standing on the cashier that you should have the prices on all items to be easier for you guys and for the customers instead of saying sorry she was defending and take it personal! Not me and I don’t have time and today we received alot of deliveries!! She said!
I think you need to train your staff how is important to listen to the feedback and be more professional and again for the prices as I told you it’s not only today it’s since 2 months several items missing the price tags, I hope you fix that

I can give only 3. Here we will get items for little less price compare to other stores but only problem is I can see spoiled items as well. The inventory is not updated. A part from that no issues. Staff are friendly. Price is reasonable.

Update: A clean shop with fresh meat but lately when I visit they seem to always run out of the meat that I need. A wide variety of balogne and salami and fresh meats to go. Hoping to see sausages available in this location in the future. lots of cheap vegetables and fruits as well

I was exposed to a bad service by sales guy. His name was Zaid, treated me with disrespect. The problem was that I bought chicken and it looked old and damaged. When I tried to tell him, he told me, “This is RIDICULOUS .” Imagine that an employee telling the customer, “This is RIDICULOUS .” In fact, his manner was impolite.
By the way, I posted my opinion on pistachios Facebook time line and I got blocked !!!!!
