Stopped here for an anniversary supper on the patio in early September. The food, the view and the service was incredible. Our favorite for the night was for sure the calamari (so much so that I didn't even take a picture of it!). Highly recommend checking this place out.

Absolutely amazing food. We ordered the pickle small appetizer, which was a fun experience. There was beet, asparagus, carrots, garlic scapes, squash and Kimchi. The Kimchi was too salty for my liking but my husband loved it. I have a sensitive palate for salt.
We also ordered the Calamari. It was lightly breaded and had a dusting of spice. It was on a bed of of aeoli and had some herbs on top. The best Calamari I've had.
My entree was the trout with crispy skin ontop of broccolini with pesto sauce and beignet. The Pitchfork is highly recommended.

Trout was the special tonight and both our plates were served rare. Sent them back and one came out worse and the other dish was OK. Fishy taste and was surprised they did not comp meal. Pretty bad experience. Tuesday night the special was Halibut. Excellent meal. Not sure what to say. I guess if you go the odds are 50% it's good.

Update.... Owner offered a gift card. When my wife and I dine out, we expect a good experience especially on vacation. Someone needed to take charge during our meal and make it right. After the fact doesn't work. The trout dish was sent back and returned to my wife less cooked than the first time. How can that happen? The chef received specific instructions to cook it well done. Our dining experience was ruined and we still paid $70.00. Again..... the first time we ate there was very good and we came back.

Admittedly, I stared at the stairs for this place for a solid minute, trying to determine if this was the place I was looking for, and if that was indeed the entrance. I'm very happy I chose this place for dinner. So much so, I did two nights in a row.

While the pork belly (pictured) wasn't necessarily my taste, I thought I'd try something out of my typical palette, and am glad I did. The food is all wonderful, but the "Islander burger" is to absolutely die for. I am not certain, in any capacity, that I've ever had a better burger.

It's a small restaurant, so there's a cozy feel, real candles, all wood and brick inside. Beautiful spot, really. 12/10 recommend.

The reason my price is so high is because I had dessert and three beer each visit. Don't worry, I walked home. 😉

We visited on a long weekend. The patio was lively with a DJ, while inside was more relaxed. Our 7:45 reservation was seated early, which was a nice bonus.

Drinks came quickly, but the smoked duck wings were tough and dry, and the Pitchfork burger was also dry and underwhelming. The Miso Cured Sable, however, was absolutely incredible, highly recommend it.

Service from Roslynn was outstanding. She was attentive, professional, and when we shared our feedback on the food, she handled it with grace and even offered a small discount without question.

Overall, food was hit-or-miss, but the service was exceptional. We’ll definitely give Pitchfork another chance
