I have ordered Hoya from Plant Bro twice (in March 2020 and Oct 2021) and and really should order from them more, because their quality of Hoya can’t be beat. I have purchased a Hoya Callistophylla and recently an AH-027 and they were both larger than I imagined they’d be and they both came with active growth points and a long vine or two. Since I got the Callistophylla, I have moved it to Pon and cut it in half to make a fuller pot. Both plants were very very healthy and pest free. I have no problem recommending Plant Bro with confidence.

Beautiful plants and great customer service! I've never ordered plants online and was hesitant to because of the cold, but when I saw they had a burle marx that I've been looking for, I couldn't not. Not to mention the rest of their selection is fantastic. Holly was super helpful, as I found the ad on marketplace, she redirected to the website to offer some better deals. Had a small hiccup with the shipping process but was quickly resolved with no issues. The owners obviously take great care of their plants and business, the plants were packaged and received perfectly and in great health. Love the little extra goodies in the package as well! 100% will order from PlantBro again!

PlantBro is now on my list of favorite plant providers. Their customer service is as astounding as their collection of Hoya and other plants. Everything I ordered came packaged with care. The plants are so amazingly healthy, and so much larger than I expected. Some were even on trellises! I've been buying Hoya for a while now, but my order from PlantBro was truly something special. Every carefully wrapped plant felt like opening a present, evoking true joy, because I knew they had been prepared with passion. So utterly thrilled with my Epipremnum Pinnatum Albo! Plant Bro was extremely quick to respond, was very helpful with all my many questions, and I absolutely loved the care they took with packing my plant, even though I was driving by to pick it up! Would definitely recommend them, can’t wait to save up and buy more from them hahaha

Very poor communication throughout the whole process. It took over a month for me to receive my plant. For the inconvenience they caused, they offered I pick a second plant of my choosing free of cost. I chose a plant that was available on their site and on sale and sent them an email confirming the plant I wanted. When I recieved my order, the free plant was not included and they thought it was sufficient to send a pair of socks instead. Again there was no communication on this whatsoever on their end or an offer for an alternative, especially since the plant was listed on their website as available.
Very disappointing experience with this company and Holly in particular.
