Ordered a gift for a family member and very disappointed with the result. Flowers came brown and not fresh at all. For the price of the order and quality i’m giving this business a 1 star. If you want expensive wilted brown flowers buy from this business.

I recently purchased flowers from this store online for Valentine's Day and I am absolutely thrilled with my experience. The flowers were stunning and beautifully arranged, and the entire process was so seamless and stress-free.

One thing that really stood out to me was how accountable the store was for my order. I received updates throughout the entire process, from the moment I placed my order to when the flowers were delivered. It was clear that they take great care and pride in their work, and that really showed in the final product.

Overall, I would highly recommend this flower store to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality flowers and exceptional customer service. They truly went above and beyond to make my Valentine's Day special, and I can't wait to order from them again in the future

Order some flowers for Mother’s Day 12 days ahead and requested to please be delivered during the morning. The flowers were left on my doorstep. They didn’t knock on the door or ring the doorbell which would have activated an app on my phone and I could have talked to the delivery guy. They had my cell number and didn’t call me either. I could have asked a neighbour to get them until I was home. They just left the flowers on the doorstep and sat in the heat at my door for 2.5 hours. I called the florist on Monday about this hoping for an apology. They didn’t care about the actions of their delivery guy or the impact on the bouquet. No apology. Nothing. Also $100+ wasted since the flowers were ruined by heat.

I would give this one star if I could. First of all as of May 2021 this business does not exist at the address listed. The poco location is actually for sale. The phone number just rings and the voicemail box is full. Any other locations that are listed all have the same phone number yet being in different parts of the city.

Update flowers did arrive on the date they were ordered for, they did look like the photo and all were healthy and vibrant. However arriving at 9PM on the scheduled day is pretty lame. I’m guessing my review didn’t sit well and they decided they better deliver. If you do order you might want to do it for the day before you actually need them.

Would not recommend this florist. We've ordered flowers from other florists and the bouquet we recived from Sally's/Poco Florist was not worth the $150 we paid. We ordered an earthtoned bouquet and truly thought they had mixed up our order when they delivered rainbow coloured roses, with red lilies and christmas garland. When we phoned to express our dissapointment, we were told the person who took the order only wrote down "Birthday Flowers", that the roses are unique and to go on YouTube to learn how to dry them. No effort was made to rectify the situation. It's safe to say we will not be ordering from here again.

ATTENTION ! Telefloral or Sally floral is illegally using this address for their poor floral business. We have contacted them several times to remove this from their website but they have refused. A legal claim has been placed and they will be charged soon.

I ordered flowers for my mom on Mother’s Day (5/9/21) and they did NOT arrive. I was really disappointed and my mom was waiting the entire day. Please do NOT use this florist. They do not answer their phone and there is no space for voicemail. They are NOT reliable nor professional. Please please heed my review.

Ive been ordering from poco florists for years for my moms bday - they usually deliver early i ordered a $100 bouquet with tips for both florists and driver my mom never received the bouquet - it was almost $150 this is so disappointing
