I tried giving this place a chance, but it’s just another overpriced, hippie store pretending to care about "wholesome" and "local" products. The prices are absurd!!!!!

The worst part is the customer service is as fake as the “community-driven” branding. Employees seem miserable.

If you like wasting money on overpriced nonsense while being surrounded by people who think they’re better than you for buying $10 granola bars, then sure, this is your spot. Otherwise, save your cash and go to a real local market.

I agree with other reviewers that the items in this store are overpriced. But... Pomme is the only store in PoCo sells all natural products our family use, from body soap, shampoo, all purpose cleaner to natural no-additives baking needs. They have an extensive inventory. Their meat and dairy products are excellent, grass-fed options, no hormone&antibiotics, and organic.

This will be your go-to place if your live in Coquitlam and are looking for vegan/vegetarian/organic food. I’m not one, but it still appeals to me because of the gourmet and unique items they stock. See the pictures and you’ll see what I talk about. Did you know they sell bamboo underwear? Well did you even know bamboo underwear existed? They have plenty of stuff like those: stuff you didn’t know you needed but now you don’t know how you could survive without them (no I’m not talking about bamboo).

I come here regularly ,I am accustomed to service and the way I am served which is always professional and polite..I have no problem packing my own groceries in bag. However, today's service SUCKED ..
My cashier ELINAJ needs to be RETRAINED in customer service , when I spoke to someone about this service I was told we have never had any complaints about this individual , that had absolutely NOTHING to do with my MY SERVICE I had today which makes me think this will not be addressed correctly to this individual...
She wouldn't pack the groceries into the bag , she was placing them near the interac machine, expecting me to pack them, refusing to do it .... she wouldn't put the veggie back into the original plastic bag, leaving it by the interac machine ... no hello no. Thank you bye .....
If you don't like your job, get another one , if you don't want to serve the customers the way you're supposed to get another job...
I will speak to store manager next week she was so rude ..Makes me think twice now coming back

Love the truly fresh veggies, access to many vitamins etc not available at other stores/drugstores. Always very friendly service. I would like to see some crispy non vegan bread in the store and some more ready made meals. Plus I love to browse all your interesting collection of non food items.......cheers
