Taking a moment to share what wonderful service we had from Port Moody Flowers for a celebration of life. Staff worked with us to come up with flower arrangements that fit our budget. They were delivered to the venue and were beautiful. Staff were very accommodating and responsive to our needs during a difficult time and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

So very very disappointed with Port Moody flowers. My sister from the US called the store to order a Poinsettia for me. As the store did not have any she was sold over the phone “a magnificent Center piece.
On delivery this Center piece consisted of greenery, 3 slices of orange on sticks. 3 red baubles on sticks and a ribbon. No flowers.
It cost Canadian $71.00.
To say it feels like gouging and a rip off would be an under statement. On phoning to complain I was told that she hoped I would have a nice Christmas.
At the very best I would want the money returned to my sister at the worst I would expect better customer service than I got.

On taking the “magnificent” arrangement back to the store they have now refunded my sisters card so that’s a positive move on their part.
