Brutal customer service, called about month ago to order belts for my snow blower, , he said should be here in a few days, never heard anything for over a month and I had to call to see if they we in, they should have called me to let me know they were in, proper customer service! I work in the service industry too so I know how it should be !

Terrible service do not buy from here. Bought a stihl trimmer last year and brought it in because trimmer head stopped spinning. They had it three weeks and were not able to fix it. They said they left me messages but on someone else’s number. I was told I had to pay $80 to get my broken trimmer back. Crooks. It’s obvious they need the money and enjoy ripping others off. Definitely lost a customer.

Recently purchased a couple tractors off of Kevin Holmes, despite the circumstances with Covid-19 the transaction was prompt and professional. He took the time to show me around both machines when I went in to sign the paperwork, the delivery of the machines was quick and the driver made sure I knew the basic runaround of how to use both machines before he left. This is the first time I bought a tractor new and I have nothing negative to say it was a very positive experience.

Horrible service department. Zero communication Service manager Chris B is impossible to get ahold of. General Manger always seems to be away on holidays. Use another dealer outside of Premiere if possible

Edit: I have reached out to the email email below with no response. They have had my tractor since the end of May. The General manager is the most arrogant guy I know and the Service manager is useless. My tractor was split in 3 pieces, cab off to do an input shaft and put back together half fast. I was charged an extra $3,000.00 for AC lines and work that wasnt approved. I voiced my concerns about the shotty work or lack of and asked for a written warranty for the work performed, as it was quite and extensive job. I was told by the General Manager " I don't care, I know you wont be back so just pay your bill and go on your way" I have been intouch with the district manager who is looking into the situation. The tractors main seal (which I paid to be changed) is now leaking which means the machine needs to be split again. Overall horrible experience... I wouldn't recommend giving these guys any of businesses if you want it done properly.

Got a lawnmower repaired here. Used it once within 2 weeks of getting it back and it stopped working again. Brought it back and they tried to charge me to fix it again after it clearly wasn't fixed properly the first time. When I asked if there was a warranty on their services because I wasn't going to dish out another couple hundred for something I already paid over $500 to get fixed, they went to go "check" and disappeared on me. Take your business far away.
