I didn't want to leave a negative review and I gave every chance for the business to contact me. Over the span of almost 5 months, I've been trying to get the business owner Matthew to respond to my request. He would respond once every few months then never actually resolve anything.

I had purchased a meal plan from them a few years ago and still had credit with this company. I bought it in person and had a credit card statement that showed my transaction. I wasn't able to use all my credits and wanted to see if I could still use it. That's all! Never bothered to respond or follow up.

The initial customer service was good! I talked to a lady with long black hair and she was really nice. The food was just ok 3/5 with ok portion size. I really wanted to continue being their patron. Now I don't really see the point.

The last email I sent was in September and I still haven't heard back. It's almost November. Receipts in screenshot uploaded. I forwarded both email chains that contained previous conversations about meal plans we had to prove that I was a customer. The screenshot only shows me trying to get in contact with him.

Very pleased with their service and the quality and portion size of their meals. I've tried several meal prep companies in Vancouver. The food was always bland and dried out meats etc. Premium Meals had very juicy chicken and steak dishes and the flavor and seasoning they use is great. I have 2 kids and their service saves me a lot of time and money. I also like that they offer delivery from Monday to Friday. I've noticed other meal prep companies only offer delivery twice per week. I've order several times from them and I'll continue to do so.

I'm super impressed with this company. My first time ordering from them went really smoothly because of how the website is organized and made. I had a question about a meal and the customer service chat button on the website was very helpful. They responded in less than a minute. The quality, taste, and portion size were fantastic!! And the delivery service, was spot on! I will definitely order again and tell all my friends about them! All in all, definitely a must try for people who are busy and have no time to make their meals. Great quality for affordable price!!!

After losing half my body weight using the Keto lifestyle I started to get bored meal prepping for myself and strayed off track. I cant thank Premium Meals enough for freeing up tons of time in my kitchen and for creating AMAZING quality meals using high end proteins that are just next level. The customer service is great and they are really open to customizing so you get exactly what you want. Super cost effective. Delivered to your home or office... cant say enough great things about them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Whether you are Keto or not they have meals for everyone!

Affordable, high quality and delicious meals. I was so happy to find a meal prep company in the lower mainland that had affordable/free delivery that comes within a few days. They have all the macro information on their website for their large selection of meals. Definitely going to order again.

Premium Meals is AMAZING!!! I was put on a super strict elimination diet (no gluten, dairy, soy, etc.) by my allergist and naturopath and there was absolutely no way I could get all the nutrients my body needed with the limited items I could cook with. Somehow Dani manager to create delicious meals for me week after week with lots of variety. They were even super accommodating when I asked for changes because I loveeee her saffron rice!

Would highly recommend Premium Meals to others.
